Italy In Bocca episode 6 ๐Ÿ… how to make suppli (arancini) the Roman fried riceball from heaven.

Italy In Bocca is one of the world’s rarest, funkiest, weirdest cardboard bound cookbooks, and this is how you make their Suppli al telefono, a favorite Roman street food, very similar to an arancini rice ball. Suppli’s are to die for, they are hot and crispy, with a warm creamy, cheesy center. Making them fresh is a treat that beats any tavola calda street corner in Rome. What’s more they are dead simple to make, trust us, we are not chefs;)

You will need egg, bread crumb, flour, risotto, stock, mozzarella cheese and loving getting your hands dirty. Full details on our site below.

We hope you like the series In Bocca, we shot it the very day before the quarantine and edited it during the shut down. It was made out of love for food, for these books, and for the country that has inspired and given us so much, Italy. Hopefully they will recover soon from this horrible pandemic, and if you would like to help or find out more about the project and what we’re all about, then hop over to:
