Cacio e Pepe. Easy Recipe. Authentic Italian Dish

Here you can find my tutorial of how to make THE authentic “Cacio e Pepe”.It’s a quick recipe and I will show you how to make it creamy without using any butter or cream. The cheese is called “Pecorino Romano”. You can find that in any grocery store ex: Walmart, Whole Foods, Mejer, Publix etc.
You can use any kind of pasta.

Ingredients for 2 people

Pasta, Tagliatelle : 200g
Pecorino Romano Cheese : 2 cup, 190g
Black Pepper : To taste (but I recommend to use a lot of it)
