Body: medium (+)
Flavour intensity: medium (+)
Flavours: green apple, cider, white flowers, cooked lemon, lime peel, mineral, wet stone

Conclusions: Good quality, it has distinctive fruit notes;
This wine is not suitable for bottle ageing. It’s better to drink from now till 18 months – 2 years. The nose and flavour intensity will fade along with the time, however, the acidity will stay then the wine wouldn’t be balanced any more.

2. Alsace AOC Pinot Gris Roche Calcaire 2016
Pale lemon; This wine is cocked, with distinctive cardboard, mouldy and cheap perfume note. The mouthfeel is watery. Thus we decide to skip the tasting of this one.

3. Südtirol – Alto Adige DOC Pinot Grigio Unterebner 2018
Appearance:  pale lemon
Nose: medium (+) intensity, sour cream, yogurt, baked apple, grapefruit, white peach, white flower, lemon zest
 Palate:
sweetness: dry
Acidity: high
Alcohol:  high
Body: medium (+)
Flavour intensity: high
Flavours: yogurt, sour cream, baked apple, grapefruit, white peach, white floral note, lemon zest
Finish: medium  finish

Conclusions:
This wine I would consider very good. Although the finish is a bit shorter than expected, however it displays a wide range of complexity with well-defined primary and secondary notes. It represents a well-crafted typical Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige.
This wine should drink now, not suitable for further ageing. Even though the presence of good complexity, I did detect the progression of the positive flavour changing might happen along with the time. And relatively short finish would get even shorter along with the time.
