Vada pav is famous recipe of Maharashtra.In this recipe just fusion something.
Desi italian baked eggless vada pav parcel
Ingredients
Eggless pav
Active dry yeast 1tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Warm water 1 cup
All purpose flour/maida 3 cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp if u don’t have then can use fresh garlic grate few
Italian herb 1 Tsp
salt 2 tsp
butter/oil 1/4 th cup

GREEN CHUTNEY
Garlic 3
Green chilly 3
Fresh cilantro/dhania 1/2 cup
Cumin pinch
ginger pinch
lemon juice 1 tbsp
few bread pieces
salt as per taste

RED CHUTNEY
dry coconut 1/2 cup
garlic 10-12
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 TBsp
salt as per taste
————————————————————————————————————————-ALOO MASALA
Medium boiled potato 4
Oil 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
garlic chili paste 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
salt as per taste
for greasing 1 tbsp butter and some italian herb
