Rice wine holds a strong significance in Cordillera culture. It is a common drink not only during ritual and feasts but as part of their way of life. It may be served when a host invites visitors to his house; it is served in volumes during celebrations like weddings; and it may be used as a culinary ingredient giving flavor & authentic taste to foods.
