Meat sauce~
500g minced beef
01 medium onion
04 cloves garlic
02 carrot
04 celery stalk
01g each rosemary/thyme/oregano & bayleaf
400g peel cane tomato
400g water
02tbsp tomato paste
20ml olive
salt & pepper up to your liking
Bechamel sauce~
80g butter
80g flour
750 ml milk
10g Nutmeg
salt & pepper up to your liking
50 g parmesan or pecorino Cheese
500g Dry Lasagna sheets
Bake 180c or 360f for 50 to 55 minutes
Size of my baking tray – 20cm/20cm/04cm
