After learning how to make authentic limoncello, we experimented with various fruits and Italian cherrycello was the best result. It has a natural sweet flavour and this recipe can be adjusted to your taste. Each cherry variety will give you a unique flavour so we recommend experimenting with different types.
Making this drink usually takes around 1-3 weeks, if you are willing to go to full term, the result will be better as it matures with age. The same process can be repeated for other types of fruity cello variations as well so get making!
