Chinese-Italian Fusion Scallops with Spicy Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
1.5 Pound Large scallops Clean and dry out with paper towel set aside.
1-Cup heavy cream
2-tbsp white wine
1-Lemon Juice
1-tsp Sugar
1-tsp Chicken powder
1-tsp Paprika
Black pepper to taste
1-2 Tbsp spicy chili crisp
4-Cloves garlic chopped
Dried parsley for garnish
2-tbsp butter

Step 1:
Clean and wash the scallops and dry out with paper towel and set aside.

Step 2:
In a small bowl, combine scallops, salt to taste, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix them until well combined.

Step 3:
Heat the pan, add butter, and brown the scallops until golden brown. Put the scallops onto the plate with paper towel and set aside.

Step 4:
In the same pan, saute garlic until golden brown. Then stir in the cream, wine, lemon juice, chicken powder, paprika, sugar, and chili crisp.

Step 5:
Add the scallops into the sauce and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 6:
Transfer the scallops onto a serving plate, garnish with dried parsley, and serve. Optional – serve over pasta
