Pie dish with removable base (10 inch, 24 cm)
350 g (3.9 cups) rolled oats or wholegrain flour or all-purpose flour
130 g (0.7 cups) sugar unrefined or white
80 g (0.3 cups) cold water
65 g (0.5 cups) sunflower seed oil
½ lemon zest + juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 tsp baking powder
500 g (17.6 oz) fresh blueberries + 3 tbsp sugar
