Ingredients –
For Orange Color Rice (Italian Pizza Sauce Rice)
1. Tomato Ketchup – 1/4 Cup
2. Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
3. Oregano or Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
4. Grated Garlic – 1 tbsp
For White Color Rice (Italian White Sauce Rice)
1. Milk – 1 Cup
2. Butter – 1 tsp
3. All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 tbsp
4. Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
5. Oregano or Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
6. Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
7. Salt to Taste – 1/4 tsp
For Green Color Rice (Italian Pesto Rice)
1. Basil Leaves – 1 Cup
2. Garlic Cloves – 5 to 6 nos.
3. Walnuts – 2 tbsp
4. Cashews – 2 tbsp
5. Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
6. Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
7. Salt to Taste – 1/2 tsp
8. Oil – 2 tbsp
Other Ingredients –
1. Cooked Rice – 2 Cup (divide into 3 equal parts)
2. Butter – 2 tsp
3. Oil – 1 tsp
4. Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Method –
1. Take 2 cups of boiled and cooked Rice and divide into three equal portions to make three different colour Rice.
2. Firstly, make Orange colour Rice for that mix 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes, 1 tsp of Oregano and 1 tbsp of grated Garlic into ¼ cup of Tomato Ketchup and mix well to prepare Instant Pizza Sauce.
3. Now in a heating pan, take 1 tsp of Oil, 1 tsp of chopped Garlic and 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes and sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Then add prepared Instant Pizza Sauce into the pan and mix well.
5. Now add 1 portion of cooked Rice and mix well. Our Orange colour Italian Pizza Sauce Rice ready.
6. Secondly, make White colour Rice for that take 1 tsp of Butter in sauce pan, to that add 1 tbsp of All Purpose Flour (Maida) and mix well.
7. Then add 1 cup of Milk and stir continuously to avoid the lumps to form thick consistency White sauce.
8. To this now add 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes, 1 tsp of Oregano, ½ tsp of Salt, ¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder and stir until sauce thickens.
9. In another heating pan, take 1 tsp of Butter, to that add prepared White sauce and 1 portion of cooked Rice and mix well.
10. Our White colour Italian White Sauce Rice is ready.
11. Thirdly, make Green colour Rice to that take 1 cup of Basil leaves in mixer grinder, to that add 2 tbsp of Walnuts, 2 tbsp of Cashews, 5 to 6 nos of Garlic Cloves, 1 tsp of Lemon juice, ¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder, ½ tsp of Salt, 2 tbsp of Oil and blend into smooth paste.
12. Then in a heating pan, take 1 tsp of Butter to that add prepared Green Sauce paste and add 1 portion of cooked Rice and mix well.
13. Our Green colour Italian Pesto Rice is ready.
14. In a rectangular container, take all the three coloured Rice in a flag pattern and press gently to get good flag shaped.
15. Take the serving plate to de mould the 3 coloured Rice, then insert one stick and 1 star Anise to give it proper flag shape.

1. टमाटर केचप – 1/4 कप

4. कसा हुआ लहसुन – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
सफेद रंग के चावल के लिए
1. दूध – 1 कप
2. मक्खन – 1 चम्मच
3. मैदा- 1 बड़ा चम्मच
4. चिल्ली फलैक्स- 1 चम्मच
5. ऑरेगैनो- 1 चम्मच
6. काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 चम्मच
7. नमक – 1/4 चम्मच
हरे रंग के चावल के लिए
1. बेसिल के पते – 1 कप
2. लहसुन – 5 से 6 नग
3. अखरोट – 2 बड़े चम्मच
4. काजू – 2 बड़े चम्मच
5. नींबू का रस – 1 चम्मच
6. काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 चम्मच
7. स्वादानुसार नमक – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
8. तेल – 2 बड़े चम्मच
अन्य अवयव –
1. पका हुआ चावल – 2 कप (3 बराबर भागों में विभाजित करें)
2. मक्खन – 2 चम्मच
3. तेल – 1 चम्मच
4. चिल्ली फलैक्स – 1 चम्मच
