Keema Noodles Video Description and Ingredients:

Ingredients to make Keema Noodles:
1. Keema – 800 gram
2. Red chilli powder – 6 gram (I use Kashmiri red chilli powder for good colour)
3. Salt – as per your taste (for chilli oil, Keema and noodles)
4. Szechuan Pepper (Timur) – 6 gram (Crushed)
5. Chilli Flakes – 15 gram
6. Finely Chopped Garlic – 25 gram
7. Finely Chopped Ginger – 25 gram
8. Soya Sauce – 10 ml
9. Onion – 40 gram
10. Mustard Oil – 125 ml (You can use it as per your need)
11. Spring Onion – 40 gram
12. Pak Choi – 2 bunch
13. Spaghetti – 125 gram per person (For 4 person you need 600 gram)
14. Tomato Puree or Freshly chopped Tomatoes – 100 gram
