Calabrian Chili Pepper Aioli Sauce – Spicy Italian Mayo Recipe

Calabrian chili pepper aioli sauce is a delicious Italian spicy mayo that pairs beautifully with fried foods and any other Italian recipe where you want to add some extra heat and flavor! Ingredients:
-6 Calabrian chili peppers, stems removed
-2 cloves roasted garlic
-1 egg yolk
-1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil plus enough neutral flavored oil to equal ½ cup total
-1/3 lemon, juiced
-salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
-Combine all ingredients, except for the oil, in a food processor.
-Pulse several times to break up the peppers and garlic.
-Turn the blade onto a constant spin at high power and SLOWLY add in the oil. It is very important to add the oil slowly when making an aioli as this will prevent the sauce from breaking.
-Serve and enjoy!
