Unang subok, akala ko palpak (I thought I screwed up.) Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is a traditional Italian pasta made by 5 basic ingredients, which are garlic, olive oil, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. The original recipe calls for red chili flakes, not included in this video, but it is all up to you. If you are looking to have a little kick and richer taste, anchovies would do just great or any finely chopped cured meat. Cook time is about 15 minutes, not bad if you don’t mind waiting. Not bad for my first try.
