Maybe because I’m a big fan of Italian food so it’s not a surprise I would love this noodles recipe. As with most of my recipes, this one is simple and easy to prepare and not many ingredients. 19oz Italian Sausage (casing removed)
8oz Wide Egg Noodles or Pappardelle Noodles
28oz Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
1/2 cup White Wine (Chardonnay)
1 Red Bell Peppers Chopped
