4 small potatoes (or 2 large)
430 ml lukewarm potatoes’s cooking water
14 gr dry yeast (1 tbsp)
1 kg 00 flour (2,2 lb)
2 teaspoon of salt
2 lt peanut oil for frying (2 quarts)
