Chicken Cannelloni
FOR CHICKEN
Oil 2tbsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Fry till soft, than add
Garlic paste 1tsp
Chicken chunks 1/2 kg
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce 2tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Mushrooms 1 can ( sliced)
Cook for 5 mins and keep aside.
FOR CHEESE SAUCE
Flour 3tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 3/4 tsp
Mustard paste 3/4 tsp
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Water 1 1/2 cup
Chicken cube 1
Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Add everything in pan together, put on flame and continuously mix with whisk till thick dripping consistency.
FOR TOMATO SAUCE
Oil 1tbsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Orange colour pinch
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
FOR ASSEMBLING
●Take tortillas and add chicken mixture in middle and roll it and put in greased pyrex dish.
●On top pour cheese sauce and Tomato sauce. Finally add Cheddar cheese.
●Bake at 180 degrees for 10-20 mins.
