DAY 129 // November 7, 2017 // Cinque Terre, Italy
The Cinque Terre is a National Park made up of 5 different coastal villages – Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso. We stayed in La Spezia (much cheaper!) at an amazing hotel (watch the video in our Italy playlist!) and got a 7 minute train ride to the first village, Riomaggiore.
There are day train passes available which would be great if you are returning to the same location. We also see Vernazza & Monterosso and then go onto Genoa.
Oh, and I know I totally butcher most names in this video! haha!
You can also walk between all 5 villages (if the weather conditions allow it). It would be like a 5 hour walk -someday we would LOVE to go back. This was one of our FAVORITE places so far on this 1 year trip!
