    The chair lift is great ! I know people that have them here but American homes don't have so man small stairs on the interiors. It's a cute apartment. It's interesting to see how the different regions have differences in the architecture, layouts, and overall feel. It's subtle but it is definitely there! The views from this home are spectacular!

    Wow! You jumped to over 10K subscribers while I wasn't paying attention! Bravo, you two! This little sweetheart apartment is move in ready and 60K is an amazingly acceptable price. I just got some gmails from a recently widowed friend of mine and she's so sad. I had been thinking,m"If I was in the same boat I'd suggest we two go in for a sweet little apartment in one of these old and beautiful towns. Then I thought of the stairs everywhere. But just today, I see a place where the other tenants were OK with installing a stair lift! A game changer! This apt. would be so lovely for a couple of lonesome old broads to have as a beautiful and fun place to run away to whenever we felt like it. And, she could bring her soon to graduate from high school granddaughters at times and I just know they'd have a blast with the food, bars and restaurants and the beach so nearby! Definately perfect in so many ways. Thanks for finding this gem!

    It's not just the Italians who love to hide their fridges, we Austrians do it too. But it could be that we're neighbors and some things are similar. But this must be more of a European "disease" because I've seen it in other countries too… so it's not uncommon, but more of a fad. But that doesn't stop us from looking at… or rather in our fridge as often as possible. 😆😆

Maybe you can tell me what bills you pay, what is the total amount of general utility bills? How much tax do you need to pay on a house? And what other expenses accrue during the year?
