This is VERY spicy. I finely chopped some ghost peppers and incorporated it into the sauce with red wine 😭 The cream cheese is supposed to help a lil bit. 😢

Why do you put bread on the side of a pasta dish? They don’t belong together, both made with grain and water. It spoils the foto a bit IMHO
