    Lovely flat with generous dimensions. Isn't it a terrible practice though to take away the kitchen fittings? I mean, unless the dimensions of the kitchen in the house or flat that the owners are buying are the same it doesn't really make sense. It would be more logical to take the bathroom fittings, but that doesn't seem to happen.

    When you are looking at a flat could you say a few words about the management/service fee and the tenure. In my country flats are usually held on a leasehold, with the overall building owned by a freeholder. The length of the lease will vary, from only a few years to several hundred. What is the system in Italy?

    Nice place, especially being a modern build. Some people will like the history and architecture in some of the older places you show, but some people want a more modern build as to not take on the cost of fixing issues that are 200 or more years old. This apartment, other than the kitchen has to built out, is a winner…and a private parking space!

    Your white captioning gets washed out sometimes by the background and you don't leave it up long enough to read it. Try using colored lettering. I saw one video and the made the letters yellow. It was much easier to see.
    This is a pretty nice apartment for maybe a single retiree or couple.
    Can you also include the property tax and the monthly maintenance fee?
    How much would it cost to put in a modern kitchen with appliances?

    Good sized apartment. I like it when they take the kitchen furnishings because the first thing I think of is that I would put in a new kitchen. The second is that I would change bathroom fixtures, but I understand why that is a bit more difficult. Anyway, thanks for showing us this one. It's good to know all the options.
