Handmade 4 Cheese Ravioli


Pasta:

2 Cups 00 flour

2 whole eggs + 1 additional egg yolk

1.5 tbps olive oil

1 big pinch of salt

Filling:
Parm, Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Provolone in a food processor with Italian Seasonings, Salt, and 1 egg.

Pasta sauce was just from a jar from the market with butter and more seasoning added.
