Lobel's Wagyu Rib Cap with Port Wine Reduction Sauce

A Rib Cap is the outer portion of a Ribeye that surrounds the eye. It is the most succulent and tender part of beef from a cow.
Wagyu Rib Cap is a new offering from Lobel’s of New York. This Rib Cap is more tender than Filet Mignon and has all the rich beefy flavors of a Ribeye. We grill this Rib Cap to perfection and pair it with a luxurious Port Wine Reduction Sauce inspired by Evan Lobel. For sides, we wilted down some fresh baby Spinach with Irish Cream Butter and fresh Garlic. We also have garlic mashed potatoes to accompany this fine meal.
