The middle of town middle of town so lots of bars this is a beautiful little town the um oh hang on I’ll go back to that but it’s um it’s got a Terrace it’s got a balcony it has two canas a parking space great yep parking space so it’s just 2

Km uh from the main freeway one way is to Rome and one way is to and so about that by car it will take you about 2 hours to get to Rome and for what we’ve been told by bus it will take you about an hour and a half hour and

There is a train station in the town which is fantastic I mean the train takes a while to get to Rome it will be longer because it goes through Su that but it’s a beautiful ride yeah it’s a beautiful ride it’s a nice Scenic ride if you really want to get somewhere

Quicker bus or car but train is great as well I’ve been on that train a number of P Tor deaser is a busy little town in the province of pescara in abuto it has a population of around 2,800 people and an altitude of 172 m above sea level

From Tor you can reach pescara and its beaches within 30 minutes and the sky Resorts of roccaraso within an hour the town feels busy and vibrant during our short stay this time we could see plenty of businesses bars cafes gelaterias a supermarket and restaurants those who plan to stay a little longer

Will be happy to know that there is at least one gym a few hairdresses a nursery a DIY store and much More they have tables outside and why not it’s only about 13° but it’s sunny and sometimes the chilled weather makes you feel Alive t is actually one of the places we looked at when we were looking for a home in AB Bruto so we’ve been here many times we enjoy how accessible it is from the freeway and how easy it is to find a parking space here you can’t take those things for Granted Okay guys so as we enter we have the living room it’s a nice size and we put put the measurements down on the screen in a second that’s the entrance that we just came from the bathroom kitchen and other parts of the house will be over there

Look at the shape of the door the shape of the door is beautiful look at that we have a fireplace there a window that looks onto the stairs that we just came from and there is a nice area there for the doggy as you could see like a nice

Terrace thing there so if you bring your pet that’s a perfect place there for them his plant is doing very well the ceiling is nice and high and if we come over here we’re going to find the main bedroom pretty nice size you can see how

Big the Wardrobe is and you still have a lot of space here here we have a window that looks onto a little balcony that we’ll see in a minute an if we were to open this window if we can oh yes you already have the fly screen here and the shutters which

We just opened and the main street of the town is over there but the entrance to this property is behind us so you don’t access the property through the main street of the town you go around and access it this town has plenty of bars and Cafes okay so the house also has heating already and it’s nice nice and toasty here outside is about 10° as we make it through here and I’m just going to turn thank you honey if you hold that the main entrance is there the dining and living is over here and

Then we make it through this doorway and we have our kitchen to the left and second bedroom right in front of us and then the balcony over there so let’s check out the kit CH we have a window that faces the stairs that we came from so that that front Terrace area is right here and the the kitchen has gas it could do with some updating but it’s I think it will be a perfect holiday home what do you think on it it’s a great size

And then we have other houses around here this area over here is communal with the two other properties that are next to it and then below there we have a couple of Cantinas for what we have been told hopefully we can get in there today yeah Hopefully So let’s go downstairs bye Morrison we’re going to go and see one of the Cantinas okay guys as we came from there we come over here and is the area where the Cantinas are this is a great place to keep your beans building materials if you need
