Property guys we’re we’re very excited about this property we really hope you like it and we see you in the next one okay Ciao this home is located in a gorgeous town in the north of buia The population is around 4,000 people and the altitude 270 m above sea Level from here we can reach the beautiful beaches of Pula in about 15 minutes and the beaches of molissa in about 30 Minutes as you walk around you will notice the beautiful white streets lined with tall trees pretty much from the entrance of the town to the Historical Center it really feels like a people friendly town the architecture has a beautiful mix between that one of Pula and M the

Buildings are very well kept all around and since the border is so close people here have very strong ties to the neighboring region of M this town is very accessible surrounded by Greenery and is part of the parale Del Gargano within the town you can find plenty of businesses such as cafes bars restaurants bakeries florists and many other services the streets are flat so it is quite walkable and there are a number of

Architectural and cultural wonders for you to discover and keep entertained from here you can reach thermally in about 30 minutes the city of fja in about 50 minutes which by the way is beautiful and Barry the capital of pulia in about 2 Hours okay you guys so this is the house that we’re going to be looking at today the ground floor is not where we be touring um the ground floor is not for sale so that door that you see there um is the access for the ground floor which

Is not for sale as I mentioned for sale is the first floor and then the second floor up There the top floor has been renovated and the windows have been changed the roof has being changed as well this is a beautiful Grand property and we’re so close to the main street of town which is just there street parking as you can see plenty of Parking so we have the entrance here and Below we have a Cantina which we’ll check out shortly and here next door there is another property another home so what will uh happen is that once someone buys this home that we’re going to tour today they just need to put up

To wall this up so take off the wall and wall this up and then you have this area completely completely private great space for a scooter the stairs looks super comfortable and varnish these sand and Repaint unfortunately we don’t have electricity in this house um and it’s just normal when a family doesn’t inhabit a home for a while they just disconnect the electricity but let’s do our best so over here we have one bathroom and quite a few bedrooms that go all the way there and

Then we have another story up with a Terrace okay so here we have our first bathroom with a bathtub it seems like maybe at some point the washing machine was here as well and it’s big enough for a bathtub a b a toilet a sink you could do with some updating this

Bathroom and here we have the shower and a window facing the side of the house pretty much the most immediate um thing to be done here will be updating your windows on this level only because on the level above us the windows have been redone and all the doors are new as

Well the roof has been redone so it’s pretty much um livable you just need to come in uh clean a little and connect the electricity seems like at some point this was the living and dining and here we’re facing again the side street and there is a balcony here

Which I don’t know if you can see but take my word for it we have a balcony here and then on this side I I think I’m going to scare this pigeon a little SCA okay she doesn’t care about me that’s all right this window faces the front of the house super high

Ceilings you have radiators already but because the house hasn’t been used for quite a while they for sure will need to be checked especially the boiler of after many years of not being Used so you already have the connections for your kitchen and another great thing about this place is that there is another kitchen above And over here we have another Balcony facing the front of the house this is a ther Moon covered with some wood for some reason maybe for fashion reasons we’re back here we just came from There okay this is our first bedroom again nice high ceilings cute flooring and another balcony hello hello okay now we have our second bedroom way bigger than the one that we just saw and this one is on the other corner of the street so we have one

Window there which faces the front of the house and then a balcony that faces the side of the house e And then we have another bedroom here which is smaller than the one that we just saw imagine the light we will have here if we were able to open all these windows you have cross ventilation you will have great lighting and to give you an idea of what

It will look like let’s go to the second floor we have a little cabet here full storage the stairs continue to be very Comfortable and this floor has been redone the roof has been redone the outer Windows now we have our second bathroom here big enough for a shower a toilet a sink a bidday and the space for the washing machine and we have a skylight now we can see the doors a lot better Here another Skylight the height of this room even though you have an angle on the roof the height is um pretty good I’ll just go the way here to see if we can see ah yes okay yes we have our window that opens completely and There are so many possibilities here with the space with how many bedrooms and having a second kitchen up Here look at the size of these windows and you would probably want to put some bars or something at a certain height and getting that done wouldn’t cost a lot of money we got that done in our own house up on the Attic So for safety we put a little um iron railing
