This recipe can be found in Marcella Hazan’s “Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking”.
Ingredients:
-1lb Pork Sausage
-2 Cups of Arborio rice
-1/3 cup white wine
-5 Cups beef broth
-Black Pepper
-4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
-2 tbsp vegetable oil
-2 tbsp butter
-1 Onion
Number 17 and I cannot recommend this recipe enough. I had never made a risotto before so I was a bit trepadacious about whipping up this magnificent meal, but once I started I realized there was nothing to worry about. This was super fun and easy to make and the results are awesome! I hope you guys try this one when you can, you will not regret it.
