Babe oooo I like to wander right in the beginning  this is great look at those mountains so pretty I   want those mountains she wants those mountains and  you want those mountains look at that stone wall   babe I love it look at the mountain silhouette  there’s just mountains everywhere it’s so pretty  

Something’s going on over here on the right  there’s a bar there’s a bar there’s a kiddo   playground look at that that’s big yeah that’s  very well kept on the left there yeah that stone   wall cute all right let’s check out over here  love it love it cute little area little square  

Yep let’s head down the road see what we have  all right restaurant by the way we are heading   to the house you will see it from the road that’s  what we’re doing here let’s check this out this  

Is cool I love this area look at the steps and  the pavers and everything and the mountains in   the background still is the house near here if  the house is near here I want to go there I want  

To move not too shabby right okay I love these  trees I know woo it’s pretty what do we have here   I think this is the view from your house okay okay  let’s check out the house babe I like it I like it

1200 square feet terraces and a garden yeah 1200  square feet we can’t wait for you guys to see this   check this out where is this home in Italy it  is right in the middle of it all and less than  

An hour away from Rome what I’ll take it look  at this town let’s take a quick minute to see   the [Music] latitude we’re always wrong we always  think that it’s further south yeah and it’s just  

So funny to look so we go through Spain then as  we head over to the states through Boston through   Boston that’s far farther north than I thought  it would be and Chicago and Chicago it’s crazy  

Yeah it look looks like it’s right at the border  of California and Oregon okay so that gives you   an idea of where the property is yeah it doesn’t  do anything for the weather because it’s different  

But just to kind of know where it falls on the map  it’s pretty interesting yeah pretty cool and how   do you get to this classic farmhouse the airport  is 56 minutes away 43 miles the train 29 minutes  

Not bad at all yeah and there are several bus  stops in town it’s great here is an aerial view   of this adorable town and here is where the home  is located looks like you have you know a forest  

Shrubbery if you will some shrubbery in your  backyard I like it let’s check out some of the   cool bigger cities in the area that you might want  to take a road trip to okay this is interesting  

Rome it’s not really a road trip it’s less than an  hour away to the Colosseum from this property it’s   crazy L’Aquila highway is right there less than  an hour great and then Pescara is an hour and 43  

Minutes away nice so we also have Verona which is  one of the cities in one of our favorite movies   which is called Letters to Juliet yeah we just  watched it last week again for the 50th time great  

Movie if you haven’t seen it check it out Verona  is less than 5 hours away and then Salzburg in   Austria is 9 hours away you know we always pick a  location outside of Italy when we can and look at  

This this is why nestled in the Alps that’s worth  driving 15 hours too right right but we do these   because if you want to do a road trip and check  out other parts of Europe these are the spots to  

Go from these properties this is beautiful exactly  we want to be able to show how close you are to   the rest of your Europe what’s super interesting  Mozart was born here okay let’s check that out   listen some tunes The Sound of Music was filmed  in and around this area Do-Re-Mi Do-Re-Mi okay

There’s no tooth in town zero teeth in town but  the closest one is only 11 miles away I didn’t   know if you were going to say it and you said it  zero teeth in town dentures everyone has dentures  

In this town okay no they don’t go ahead and there  is a pharmacy in town and for Zoe and Maui there   is a vet 28 minutes away that’s not great but  it’s not too bad and the hospital is 45 minutes  

Away okay well if you need to get there and you’re  driving faster maybe it’s only 37 minutes away but   you know cuz it’s an emergency as always we have  to CH chank chank our thannel chank our thannel

This charming farmhouse in the middle of the city  up on a hill with a beautiful view and this stone   wall and these steps that go up to this farmhouse  this is very interesting let’s see what it looks  

Like at the bottom of the steps after you walk  through your rod iron gate so fancy stone wall   love that love love love there’s that gate yep  there’s where you park too parking with a view  

Yep stone beautiful okay very pretty this is very  cool now we head up this staircase to your private   residence so on my 20-year anniversary when I  carry Jaime up those stairs and I get to the top  

This is the view yeah 20 not 20 months 20 years  it’s not 20 years yet no I’m saying on our 20 year   anniversary yeah I’m going to carry you up these  stairs and this would be my view and that leads to  

This very large front porch which I love the stone  the ceiling look at the wood beams above the door   look at the wood beam beneath the pillars all the  pillars the whole house is made of beautiful stone  

Let’s go there and let’s drink some wine salute  we love you guys love you when you are standing on   your front porch this is your view look at this I  don’t know what that is that looks like a bowling  

Ball cleaner or something but pan around steps  that go up to another I’m going to say terrace   that you got to check out look at this this is  beautiful actually I can really see spending a  

Lot of time here I want to clean up all of this  shrubbery and take care of this it’s not really   a reno it’s really just cleaning things up I’m  really excited about this one for sure when you  

Walk through your armored front door yes armored  front door this is what you see gorgeous ceilings   gorgeous floors that arch stone arch of my dreams  I love it okay let’s take a look around the space   you walk in the door you see this the beautiful  ceilings and there’s your dining room okay look  

At that stone wall I know I love the fireplace  I love that fireplace too beautiful light that   door’s cute too the armored door armored door is  very cute there’s the kitchen which is so nice   it’s open concept it’s not closed off not boxy  and that door straight ahead is what babe that  

Is the utility room and then there’s a door right  next to it which is a bathroom okay so we’ll check   that out in a little bit this home was renovated  and you know how you can tell look at that oven  

The plastic is still on it I mean maybe someone’s  been living there for a year and they’re crazy   and they don’t take it off but I doubt it cuz it  would probably melt on the oven so this place has  

Been renovated this is a view of the other side of  the kitchen and you can see there’s a dishwasher   a lot of people love a dishwasher that’s for  sure especially when you drink wine you don’t  

Want to do dishes you go and you go hit the button  okay wake up next morning what do you do and you   put them on the shelf you put them in the cabinet  you’re good to go let’s take a little tour of the  

Kitchen okay let’s do it split door love a door  to the outside in the kitchen I love that that’s   where the fridge belongs in that corner not in  the center of the room there’s that oven look at  

The hood I love that it matches the fireplace the  arch the view into the living room this is open   space living and look at that stone what’s that  over there in the corner in the blue something in  

A bag mop broom broom in a bag let’s take a look  at the dining room area stone wall radiator jinx   you owe me a beer fireplace stone wall beautiful  window okay check this out you can see how it’s  

Open living there I mean this is cute there’s  the bathroom uh door yep full bathroom yeah full   bathroom and we’re coming up to this staircase  let’s go up that staircase and check it out when  

You get to the top of the stairs then you’re in  this hallway so right there is a wardrobe and a   white wall with nothing okay there switches okay  there’s a phone on the wall there’s a phone dial  

Up is cool two bedrooms a storage area and this  beautiful full bathroom full bathroom here’s a   picture of that full bathroom toilet cute bidet  that is a cute bidet yeah you know why cuz it’s  

Cute and it also has a towel warmer above it  so the back of my neck right I’m sitting there   and the back of my neck is nice and warm okay I  don’t think you sit I think I’m squatting there  

I’m hovering there what is one more word besides  sit hover or squat let us know in the comments   below take a little spin around the bathroom okay  all right again those ceilings are everywhere and   this is a space for something your showers yeah  your showers over here there’s where the toilet  

The chain for the toilet there’s a cute bidet  there’s a big shower that’s a big shower the   sink is cute and I think this bathroom is good  to go so we’ll walk down the hallway a little   bit and you can see the two bedroom doors and  this stone hallway for storage hallway room  

Something I want to go in there check it out  seriously and then the ceilings again in the   hallway ceilings gorgeous everywhere there’s that  phone 5551212 find out you know the area code in   first 8675309 and here we are two bedrooms let’s  check them out if I’m in Italy and I’m tired and I  

See this room with the stone and the beams I mean  I need to put sheets on that bed take the plastic   off but I want to take a nap sleep every night of  my life in that room on that bed another view in  

This room it’s a really good size cuz it has a  giant wardrobe in there you still have space I   love that headboard yeah The Lion the Witch and  the Wardrobe yeah but not in here well maybe I  

Don’t know but that headboard is beautiful it is  I love it again the ceiling yeah and those are   pretty high those ceilings are pretty high they  are that looks like if I had a guess I’m going  

To say 11 feet right there above the door they are  pretty high and this house is entirely stone yeah   it’s beautiful now we are in the second bedroom  okay look at that door split door again it leads  

Somewhere this is upstairs mhm so we’re going  somewhere we’ll show you that in a little bit   but look at those ceilings look at those floors I  love those wood floors I’m ready and it’s a good   size and it’s high ceilings I love it there’s a  tube or something hanging out electrical maybe I  

Hope it’s electrical right but uh usually you put  your lighting fixtures the ones you want in and   we really love that that’s great all right a quick  tour of this bedroom again another large wardrobe   look at the ceilings there’s a little inset  in that stone area maybe for a TV cuz there’s  

Outlets there that door leads to aaaaaaa I mean  it looks like with that wire stuff a little bit   of a construction zone but here is the truth  here’s the truth you fixed this stuff up we’re  

Going to spin around here to be tighten it up  so now we’re going up these steps outside into   onto that terrace look at that terrace there and  look at the view okay I’m going to get some what  

Do you call them cutting shears no that’s for hair  what do you call them when you’re clipping bushes   shears right okay uh plant shears I’m going to cut  the stuff down I’m going to take that fence down   I’m going to pressure wash and this place will  be unbelievable seriously unbelievable as an FYI  

The downstairs bathroom is also a full bathroom  that pretty much resembles the bathroom upstairs   yeah same footprint right yep mhm we thought it  would be a good idea to do another wander through   the town not to the house this time no but right  through the middle let’s check it out so we head  

This way look at this arch let’s take a look to  the right okay what do you think about that what   do you think about that pretty this is one of the  prettiest villages in all of Sabina and they say  

In all of Italy too wow I can see why I mean look  at the all of the streets look up here and what   is that babe a Castle AKA a happy hour tower I  don’t know I’m going to scale the wall with a  

Rope or something a hook and go up and I’m going  to drink some wine with my beautiful wife salute   I am not climbing up the side of the castle I’ll  pull you let’s just be clear about that give me  

A kiss I’ll pull you up all right salute guys  okay some more need to knows there are eight   restaurants in town one of them is the restaurant  we just wondered by look at that cute guy I want  

To say hello I don’t want to eat his family  but I do want to say hello right and we have   alfresco dining I love it alfresco dining for  the Jaimewife sorry sound like batman I know I know okay if you don’t want alfresco dining you  could go inside the restaurant in the mountain  

That’s all stone and rock and earth okay the  glass walls and ceilings isn’t that amazing   that’s beautiful you know what that means though  I don’t think they have pasta in there there is   no way oh pasta so that looks really good it  looks homemade and I want to eat it right now  

Time to recognize some of the sweet comments  we’ve had lately Katerina I I mean you pretty   much comment on all of our videos which is so  nice best house ever I want to buy in Abruzzo  

I want to live with the dream in a palazzo the  amazing price you guys are the best oh so that   was and four hearts this is going to be our future  neighbor who cooks us texmex when we all move oh I  

Remember you now Jaime told me about you um so  Nick what a great property thank you guys for   sharing my wife and I love watching your videos  and hope you move to Italy the next couple of  

Years so do we right that yeah um also Corvelia  is such an awesome wine on on your next trip to   Trader Joe’s pick up some Barrel okay dude yeah  we’re getting Barrel Heist it’ll be on the next

Far do I have to drive babe you have to drive  about 40 minutes 24 miles but to get to one of   the local wineries that looks like this I think  it’s worth it right okay this is not rehearsed  

Babe before you say anything what are we going  to call this thing over here the stone structure   ready are you ready ready uh-oh 1 2 3 happy hour  tower see how quick she was she didn’t know but  

She got it like in milliseconds okay so yes I will  be drinking wine at the top of that thing I will   be drinking wine in the middle window and also  the lower window what do you think I don’t know  

If they’re going to let you in there but okay  if I go to the bottom window and you’re at the   top window will you pour wine into my mouth if I  stick my head out and go like that oh gosh okay  

Sorry okay let’s move on here we go here’s a look  at the beautiful vineyards and the mountains this   wine cave yes yes store your wine in a cave in  Italy love it and again the vines vines and then  

In Winter okay what it’s beautiful all year round  a wine for all seasons salute salute time for   some fun stuff in town we have a park learn it we  have a what learn it what an athletic field Live  

It and then we have a castle love it I like what  okay that park we just mentioned this is the view   all not too shabby paths to walk on beautiful snow  capped mountains in the background yes please yes

Please what I don’t know what these are she gave  them to me I haven’t seen them but they’re good   I’m sure it’s perfect okay um where’s the beach  the beach is hour and a half 62 miles an hour  

And 23 minutes 62 miles look how far away you are  from the coast I mean you’re closer to Rome okay   you know what that is a redeeming quality in case  you’re curious what the beach looks like woah see  

Flowers I mean I don’t even know this is gorgeous  it is it’s so pretty like the Caribbean so go to   the beach it’s worth a drive love it it is worth  a drive yeah the greatest game ever played is only  

38 minutes away not too shabby and rightfully  so a lot of you said what about Happy Gilmore   shameful that we forgot that one ah Happy Gilmore  yep skiing is about an hour and a half away and my  

Favorite movie is Hot Dog the movie oh that’s  not your favorite my favorite skiing movie oh   okay and what’s this been this is the view from  the lift I can picture it with snow yep but we  

Couldn’t find a pic no sorry hiking is only 18  miles away look at this Duchess Lake Trail head   which I kept seeing everywhere look at that it’s  a beautiful right the first time I’m seeing this

An Italian phrase or word of the week so here  we are this is the Wandering with Wine word or   phrase of the week vagando con il vino wandering  with wine okay more need to knows grocery store is  

In town that’s great 900 ft away there’s a bakery  and I think this week my wife didn’t give me any   pictures of the bakery but there weren’t any  there’s sweet and creamy and crispy what else  

Is there a butcher okay about 8 minutes away not  bad hardware store for tools and such you didn’t   say it’s 14 minutes away I know but they see it  too auto parts store 12 12 miles away gas station  

Not too close but not too far you know there’s a  lot in the surrounding areas 6 7 8 miles but you   know just plan for gas clothing store 17 minutes  away and several in the surrounding areas there’s  

A hair salon in town in town and there is a  gym 25 minutes away perfect you have kiddos   to take to school 14 minutes away not too close  not too far I think when I was a kid I think I  

Took a bus like 30 minutes so this is actually a  dream I thought you were going to say barefoot in   the snow uphill barefoot in the snow uphill to  school and uphill on the way home from school  

Exactly and there is one post office in town  and there are one two three churches I’m sure   they’re all beautiful they are are you ready for  your surprise okay we are considering doing a new   segment regularly and we’re going to try it this  time this is called a one minute wander one minute  

Wander or a wander in a minute or wander wandering  in a minute wandering under a minute what should   we name this segment let us know in the comments  below but basically we were researching this town   the video we’re watching right now and we found  this place that’s only $39,000 that’s moving ready  

And has Italian charm yea so we said you know what  let’s do a quick one-minute segment and check it   out all right what do we have we have an adorable  kitchen look at the floors and the stone walls and  

The ceilings yeah beams wood ceramic tiles stone  walls fireplace it’s so pretty there’s the bath   good size new fresh and clean bathroom it is  the whole place has been renovated it’s a low   ceiling but you know what 39,000 yep that’s cute  stone front door door yep it’s been completely  

Renovated and it’s a perfect holiday or weekend  home really and I can walk through that door and   drink some wine yeah that’s beautiful I mean look  at the quality of those stairs $39,000 crazy wow   and to be this pretty yeah another sleeping  area two floors the mountains I would say let

Talk about temps baby how hot we can be well she’s  talking about temps um okay let’s check this out   the highest temperature in the hottest month is  72° yep which is 22 for all of our Celsius people  

All of our Celsius people and the coldest for  you Teresa Teresa we were talking about this over   dinner tonight the coldest temperature average  temperature is 35° so slightly above freezing   and what is that for the Celsius people Jaime for  our Celsius people for our Celsius people around  

3° yeah so you know the humidity it’s not too  bad look at that the muggy is barely visible no   oppressive no miserable I like it yeah mobile and  internet none of the usual peeps are here Verizon  

5G though Verizon’s everywhere Tim is nowhere to  be found uh this week it’s Tim Conway I think who   was in The Carol Burnett show I love that guy  actually but there is Starlink available all   throughout Italy does Amazon deliver babe yeah two  to four day delivery for a a urackify scolapiatti  

Okay and that is a dish rack actually looks pretty  cool it seems like the thing slides out you know   might be useful in a cute farmhouse in Italy uh  two to four days delivery yep that was pretty much  

Everything around that time frame we’ll get our  Amazon on here is our checklist for this Italian   home for sale sale in Lazio air conditioning no  fireplace yes beautiful floors yes and yes we   have terracotta and pretty wood beam tile ceilings  oh yeah everywhere even the bathrooms courtyard  

Garden yep I love the outdoor space it’s not in  great shape right now but in 3 days we could get   in there and make it unbelievable yep is there a  view there’s a view oh yeah pretty mountain views  

The terrace up top off the bedroom you have  that front porch area and the garden is about   a thousand-ish square feet that’s what they say  yeah I’m going to make it beautiful yeah there is   no garage however there’s parking right there in  front of those steps that go up which is great y  

There’s no cantina mhm right and there’s no pool  but there’s a pool right in front of you so I   think if you’re really nice to your neighbors they  might let you use their pool in the summer make  

Sure your neighbors love you here is the property  information one more time for all of you Orvinio   in Lazio $160,000 a two-bedroom two bed two bath  I don’t know what you’re doing almost 1200 square   feet terraces or terrace and a porch the garden  your neighbor’s pool yeah I’m going to even if  

I don’t buy that house I’m going to swim in that  pool I promise you that but anyway this piece of   land and house and property and life as I always  say this piece of life that you can have here is  

Beautiful it has everything you need a couple  things are a little further away but really if   I have restaurants yeah yeah Rome is right there  it’s it’s kind of in the outskirts and you can’t  

Get anywhere oh boom Rome Colosseum less than an  hour away okay boom let’s do it I love it this   is a beautiful farmhouse for sale in Italy do you  guys know what we’re going to say what I’m going
