Street parking you guys because you can hardly ever find a garage in the center of town or historical centers in Italy this home is located in a gorgeous town in the north of Bullia the population is around 4,000 people and the altitude 270 m above sea Level from here we can reach the beautiful beaches of Pula in about 15 minutes and the beaches of molissa in about 30 Minutes as as you walk around you will notice the beautiful white streets lined with tall trees pretty much from the entrance of the town to the Historical Center it really feels like a people friendly town the architecture has a beautiful mix between that one of pulia and M the

Buildings are very well kept all around and since the border is so close people here have very strong ties to the neighboring region of M This town is very accessible surrounded by Greenery and is part of the parale Del Gargano within the town you can find plenty of businesses such as cafes bars restaurants bakeries florists and many other services the streets are flat so it is quite walkable and there are a number of

Architectural and cultural wonders for you to discover and keep entertained from here you can reach thermal in about 30 minutes the city of fja in about 50 minutes which by the way is beautiful and bury the capital of Pula in about 2 Hours And this is the house wow look at the arch look at the door look at the door Knock okay so just give me one second I see a top there and then we come through here and then we come through ah o this seems to be like the right house for me with the height Ah that’s what that’s that is like the

Main street of town is there so you’re just 2 minutes away from all your shops and bars and restaurants and Pizzeria and Pharmacy and everything that you need and that’s the door to our Cantina the side door if you remember this place is very cute and we go

Left and we’re going to find a very large Bedroom ah see ah okay so they repair the roof and there is no more water coming in here we have a window again to the side oh look at this picturesque very large bedroom maybe 25 30 square m and we have a storage area here easily could be converted into a walking
