[Music] hi everyone welcome back to the channel today we’re going to be looking at this home in a beautiful Historical Center this home was built around the 1600s it’s full of character and quirks it has two balconies an amazing Cantina which actually has a well where the people in town used to come again around the 1600s to buy the water from It’s a grand home it’s a piece of History you’re going to love this video so this is the home we’re going to be looking at our main door is here the entrance to The Cantina is here we have a window in the kitchen which is over here if we move this way this is a balcony that is located in the ground room let’s say your living area and then another balcony again in the same in the same area and then over there we have a bedroom and that will be the window for it this lower part is not part of the sale so pretty much what we have as part of the sale is the top here and then we have the main door and then this portion here over there did I mention that we have a Terrace we have a Terrace with a gorgeous gorgeous view that you’re going to love all the way there let’s get started [Music] this home is located in a gorgeous town in the north of [Music] buia the population is around 4,000 people and the altitude 270 m above sea level [Music] from here we can reach the beautiful beaches of Pula in about 15 minutes and the beaches of molissa in about 30 [Music] minutes as you walk around you will notice the beautiful white streets lined with tall trees pretty much from the entrance of the town to the Historical Center it really feels like a people friendly town the architecture has a beautiful mix between that one of pulia and M the buildings are very well kept all around and since the border is so close people here have very strong ties to the neighboring region of M [Music] this town is very accessible surrounded by Greenery and is part of the par naale Del Gargano within the town you can find plenty of businesses such as cafes bars restaurants bakeries florists and many other services the streets are flat so it is quite walkable and there are a number of architectural and cultural wonders for you to discover and keep entertained from here you can reach thermally in about 30 minutes the city of fja in about 50 minutes which by the way is beautiful and Barry the capital of Pula in about 2 hours [Music] for further information right we have the Cantina which which we mentioned [Music] before this area is gorgeous you guys the volted ceilings are so impressive and then you have already your stone exposed so half the work is very much done for you we have original flooring look at this and the well that we were talking about is this one here pretty much the size of the well is the size of this whole room as the owner was telling us he’s very very proud of this home but he no longer lives in this town so has decided to [Music] sell for spe spee spee [Music] okay let’s go back to this area very comfortable stairs super high ceilings here we have a skylight there and it looks like at some point some water came through we see that line there but the the roof has been repaired from here we can go that way which takes us to the Grand room and the bedroom and over here we go to the kitchen and one of the bathrooms so let’s go right first [Music] okay over here I’m actually I’m torn between telling you guys what this is past this door or not but I’m sure many of you will ask ask so if I turn a little our kitchen is going to be there but if I open this door is actually the door hello to another apartment that has a private entrance over there and they just um created this door so that the cleaning lady didn’t have to go all the way around the block but she could clean this small apartment and the house that we’re in um by just using this door and make her life easier this apartment here is for sale and we’ll show it in a whole different video but for now let’s forget that this exists ciao and continue with our tour of this house of course you will be able to close that off and pretty much it will become a closet [Music] okay so over here we have our kitchen they use bombola so pretty much they have the gas bottle [Music] and a very large window that overlooks the front of the house and the Historical Center that’s one of the balconies of the [Music] house they have have here the washing machine and over here we have a full bathroom the bathroom is large enough for a toilet a sink a b and a shower and we have a window which is great for ventilation [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] they have used this area as sleeping quarters but I think um we will prefer if it is possible to open up this kitchen and leave this completely as the dining and the living area the meals area over [Music] here okay so let’s go to the other side of the house um with we went past this area before but I didn’t show you this cover main entrance there we just came from the kitchen over here Aiden Aiden is texting away letting people know about this home and sending pictures people that we know that for sure should be looking at this straight away and then we enter this massive Grand room okay we thought we W going to measure every room but this room deserves to be measured 60 square m wow and here we have two balconies there is one bathroom over here and we just came from there I have to show you the floor in this area okay let’s go to our first balcony beautiful iron work here and we’re super close to one of the churches of town there and a castle foreign spee spe okay now interestingly enough we have a full bathroom here and from here we also access the Terrace by pulling down those stairs we come through the bathroom and from here we’re going to access the Terrace by pulling down the stairs the lot of stairs okay slowly slowly [Music] oh wow that climb is worth it unfortunately the camera doesn’t do justice to the view from here see [Music] Gargano if you enjoy our content balcony today is a beautiful day it’s um spring and we’ve had a little bit of a cold snap so right now is about 13 14° it feels beautiful and there we have the first balcony that we checked out and we continue over here and we have one bedroom maybe 18 square met here 32 h what 32 in this bedroom yeah really yeah oh wow okay 32 square m look at the vaults wow it doesn’t get more pul than these volts okay you also have the star volts ceiling but you know what I [Music] mean so much character and here we have a window very nice window double glazed with shutters [Music] h [Music] thank you so
