if you did that they would have the Terrace which we’re on now so think about it twice yeah but um brilliant little apartment ready to live in really nicely done 1 and a half no actually 2 and 1/2 bathrooms all inclusive um and the apartment below is three bedroomroom and 1 and 1/2 bath with a little office with a little office which you could put bunk beds if you needed to um and a really good siiz kitchen and living living room and very nice layout yeah it’s on the second floor right uh on the Main Street of gulun so you have access to all the services just within walking distance don’t ciao guys ciao gionesi is a stunning town in the region of molissa with a population of over 5,000 people and an altitude of 369 m above sea level its history dates back to 435 BC and as you walk around the Historical Center you can admire its gorgeous Stone buildings and cobblestone streets you can walk around for hours as you visit its seven churches admire the Fantastic landscape from any of its Lookouts or just hang at a local restaurant or Cafe with the locals the position of gionesi is fantastic for those who prefer to be close to the Sea as the beaches of thermo are only a short comfortable stairs okay guys so we are on the second floor right on the main street of gunesi so you will be a few steps away from your bus stop restaurants coffee bars cafes the supermarket and Pharmacy and anyway all your services as we enter if we turn left we’re going to see a home office very nice light and this window faces the front of the building and the Main Street this apartment is super neat and if we walk over there we’re going to have the living and dining area over there the kitchen and if we turn this way we’re going to see our bedrooms so let’s start over over here [Music] over here we have our kitchen this will be the fridge [Music] yes the space in this apartment is [Music] great we have a bit of a Pantry here storage area seems like it has been used as a holiday place but it has everything you need ah look more storage up there see in there as well yeah and this one here [Music] yeah I almost missed that before so that was our main entrance it’s super neat and here we have a bedroom with a half bath that’s [Music] interesting s [Music] plenty of light plenty of Windows the Space is really nice like the bedrooms are a great size and we’ll put the measurements for you on the screen of course so is a three bedroom one and a half bathrooms plus a a study I’m surprised because from from coming in you wouldn’t think it’s so large yeah you could change the color of the paint if but not even that well it have to move in no it’s super neat I would paint it white to lighten it up and I get I change this floor only change the floor cuz all the rest of them all the the rest are good but why will you change the floor this one I don’t like it at all I mean it’s fine let’s not like it so here and here I change you like it oh it doesn’t bother me actually the Beautiful and over here we have another window [Music] okay over here we have our full bathroom which is lar and all for a sink a toilet a bidday and a bathtub and this part faces the side of the building we also have radiators throughout the apartment and now we’re going to see our main bedroom and the main bedroom faces the front of the building have a bit of storage there and joined only by this common stairwell but it’s one apartment so so this area belongs to it as well yeah so this has got a 25 squ met Terrace it’s got a room this is like a kitchen bathroom and um there could be a bedroom there oh look how so you could have this as an apartment yes so it just needs to be finished with um tiles okay let’s inspect [Music] this okay full B from honey can you come over here so that we show the height of [Music] yeah okay so if you come over here as well to show the shower yep okay so that was the bathroom and then over here we have like some storage area the advantages of being short want to call that like a storage attic yeah storage attic I will turn the camera around so that you guys see the height that we’re talking about okay so this is me 152 cm tall H the roof looks in very good condition ah he did mention um the realtor that the roof has been replaced yeah we in good condition this is brand new look look at the beams yeah it’s beautiful it seems like such a a waste like you’re losing that beautiful um yeah look steel and wood beams and then if we continue over here ah look there’s already the rad no what the boiler boiler it may be for downstairs looks like it might be for the apartment that we just saw and I can’t wait to see ah well first we’re talking about a kitchen again can you go all the way there yeah it’s really quite usable I look all the way down to here but it’s really usable and you have the connections there for the radiator we have a window cooking here has plenty of room yep um going to lose a little bit with tiles because of the space but still it’s good oh and this area as well I mean this area is like a dining area yeah if you wanted put a round table here well it’s it’s just a bonus so you just be happy with this H this is great wow the height here is great and if you don’t want to use this as a separate apartment um because you want everything for yourself you could just have here your second kitchen and do your pasta sauce and sausages and everything else here store your oil okay the teras what size did you said this teras was it’s about 25 M oh cool ah wow so from here we see one of the churches wait a second that’s that is a big park over there beautiful Park and um and Bel so um a lookout and this is our main street of b as we mentioned before look at the Trea I don’t think we seen these Tre we haven’t seen them from this high awes although we did a tour of an apartment there one of my favorite Apartments as well but you don’t get to see the top of the tra like you do here and
