live in a gorgeous little town like this yes yes okay well this is your view from the property I am so excited for you guys to see this one let’s get into it here we go we are in Collazzone in Umbria Collazzone that sounds like El Corazon which is from what movie romance this stone yes and give me one more quote from that movie cuz you do it all the time Joan Wilder the Joan Wilder I read your books I read all your books okay €192,000 207,000 U.S. partially furnished partially furnished it’s a two-bedroom three bath over 1900 Square foot balcony Terrace Garden of over 600 square ft and a community pool yeah what’s good about a community pool you get to use it right and you don’t have to take care of it and there are no condominium fees real nice would you like to see a photo of this property from the International Space Station you let’s take a look okay look here it is we’re right in the middle of Italy like Jaime said Jaimewife the heart of of Italy the green heart of look at this cute town on the top of this you know the spine of a mountain I mean this one is really cool it is and how do you get to this beautiful property the airport Perugia airport is half an hour away that’s very convenient trains uh there’s one or two trains in the general area one or 2,000 so that’s good there’s a lot yeah 38 minutes away 27 minutes away 27 minutes away our number all right give me a kiss and here are all the places you can go where you going honey man ready you have yours we’re going to do it in 1 two three you ready yep one two three okay I said that for your mom because she loves that mom you love a Assisi she does and you have a bus stop 9 minutes away from the property that’s great yep with several in the area mhm so we’ve done Planes Trains buses now automobiles Rome is about 2 hours away we have Florence which is about 2 hours away yep we have Marsciano which is about 20 minutes away hit it babe and we’re bringing this one up because of this property this is a property did I would say like seven or eight or 9 or 10 ago something like that going to put the link in the description below apparently this one is still available and I don’t know why because it’s what is it 150,000 and this was in my top three of all time so I don’t know why but this home is gorgeous we’re shocked that it’s still available but so and then and con we’re doing this one again to remind you of the ferries that go to Greece and Croatia don’t forget about that it’s only about an hour and 50 minutes away here’s an aerial view of the little Hamlet I would say that the property is located in right here is the area for the home mhm and then you can see that it’s about 10ish minutes away from Collazzone where there is lots of amenities what does it look like babe it looks like this not too bad I feel like I’m in Italy I feel like I want to drink some wine salute salute and then Deruta is another town that’s really close to the property and it’s only about 15 minutes away tons of amenities and look at the center right up on the hilltop it’s gorgeous I couldn’t do a wander there so we can’t see it but you get a general idea yeah 10,000 people in this town only 15 minutes away yep before we get to the property let’s knock out some need to nose so the hospital is about 17 minutes away tons of other hospitals in the area that’s great tons of doctors I mean the closest one is 12 minutes away there’s plenty throughout the land dentists I mean there’s a lot of teeth on this map babe there’s a lot of teeth there’s no tooth right in the hamlet but there’s a tooth 13 minutes away perfect pharmacies you know you got some tooth pain you need some Codeine or whatever it is you know you got a you got a pharmacy 19 minutes away right 177 and I’m allergic to Codeine and Jaime’s allergic to Codeine yeah I think by now you guys are getting to know me a little bit and you know that I love this woman with all of my heart and then some and a close second and third is Zoe and Maui we got to take care of second third they’re not tied I’m not going to tell you which one it is I whisper in their dog ears you’re my favorite you’re my favorite no one will ever know but the veterinarian is 12 minutes away I think that’s perfect yep and as always we have got to thank our Channel supporters without you we would not be doing this anymore Mike thank you for the coffees Andrew thank you for the coffee Andrew from Edinburg actually and he had the sweetest things to say thanks guys we appreciate all of you more than you will ever know yes okay let’s do this here we are at the main property this is your parking area plenty of parking okay what do you see here babe this is the front of the building yep gorgeous Stone there’s some parking there too it doesn’t explain if you can park right in front as well but there is plenty of parking everywhere yep okay so I would like to live in an Italian town that looks like this have you ever seen Melrose Place honey yeah this reminds me of Melrose Place yeah which I used to watch all the time because it was you know high school days if if you were on melrose’s place I would say you were Daphne Zuniga right what about me if I was one of the one of the guys who would why Billy Andrew Shue right Billy dark hair dark eyes and he was my favorite okay well he was so good-looking I he actually still is good-looking from my understanding nice all right well that makes me feel good not as good-looking as you though babe okay Italian Melrose Place so I live in the Italian Melrose Place and this is my area I mean this is beautiful I want to say this gorgeous we love this one I mean this little area with all these cute doors and brick and stone and you know it’s beautiful walkways I mean I can see drinking some wine walking down this I I don’t care if it’s raining rain on me while I’m drink Wine you know this place is really cool walking a little further we’re getting to the actual property look at the the light you the light I knew you were going to say the light I mean there’s Stone there’s everything we see is amazing but that light right yep and then this is the entrance to the property and then you see that bench just around the corner this is the other side just so you get an idea of how this whole building set up and then we walk through the front doors right here there it is with a kitty cat that’s a cute cat I mean it’s very unusual to see a cat in Italy so this is a very valuable photograph no you know what’s unusual to not see water bottles everywhere to keep the cats away that’s true okay let’s walk through the door and what do you see you see this I mean tell me what you see ceilings I’ll go first floors Stone natural light natural light cute kitchen very cute kitchen love the hood yeah radiator radiator it’s got heat it’s got heat I don’t know what’s going on around that corner but looks like we got a few floors kicking we got stairs there we got stairs up I see it going up I see it going down okay there’s another shot you know gosh look at that stone next to that door beautiful gorgeous yep here’s a great view of the kitchen everything you need cooktop oven the fridge is hidden behind the cabinets which I love that’s cool and again that beautiful Hood everything right there for you and then on the other side they’re calling this a little Library which I love and then Window Seat love love okay you got a view okay you know I usually don’t sit at a window seat it’s like why is that there here I would and what would I be doing put in the comments below I’ll give you I’ll give you a hint what would it be and then on the other side of the library is a bathroom which I love having a extra bathroom and a living area perfect and then walking back through the kitchen and up the stairs this is gorgeous right here okay so we’re going to go up these stairs right here and we go into the first bedroom okay those floors I love those floors ceilings and floors yep and a beautiful Italian view yep there are two bedrooms on this floor and they both have en suites so here is the first en suite with a bidet carino this is the second bedroom okay you got the ceilings you have the floors and there looks like there’s a little happy hour Tower there however let’s check out the bathroom first okay I see a cute bidet and I see a lot of space there I like those floors same floors as the other bathroom shower this would be the main bedroom for sure and there is our happy hour Tower let’s really appreciate this stunning view from the happy hour Tower so this is one side here’s the center of that view do they sell hammocks in Italy because I’m going to put a hammock up here they and a wine tap no I’m just two bottles of wine I don’t to do a tap that’s that’s a little American okay and check this out you’re right next to a bell could get loud but you know what you’re going to time it maybe it’s cool I love it I mean I’m going to look up at that Bell we don’t know if it actually rings so we do have to say that part right we’re not sure may not it does you know you can figure it out I’ll figure it out I love it though how cool is that it be romantic yeah it’s very romantic and as a little quick sneak peek looking down from that balcony you see you have some land and you have another Terrace but before we do that we’re going to go down the stairs right here and we head into this space that looks like a second dining room you could use it as a living room but it has a fireplace here’s a better look at those gorgeous stairs with the stone and then you can see they’ve made this another dining area I think we’d probably switch this up a little bit they have the living area on the other side I feel like you already have dining upstairs do you necessarily need this I think that the dining here would be our living room and I think back in there would be an office that’s what I think or just another cozy yeah right living area separate section of the living area maybe a reading Nook you have a TV in there but maybe not out here you fireplace so the dining room so I think we’ we’d probably use both or multifunction space yeah plenty of space very flexible like Jaime nice let’s take a closer look at their living area these floors I love and they’re just carried throughout the whole property smart the ceilings it’s a good little cozy homey space totally could feel the Christmas vibe in here for sure apparently you can put a giant TV in there like you know 108 in whatever it is that’s what they’re doing here you could but they’re not um and you would watch what VHS tape oh no on the giant TV one 2 3 go ah I’m just not good Under Pressure Ghostbusters no what did I watch all the time come on babe they’re waiting you know what I used to watch I used to watch um I don’t know what Christmas Story all the time Christmas and I used to start watching it in like August okay perfect yeah I love Christmas story so you’re watching a Christmas story and you turn around and you see this I mean this is insane to me the beam you have the libraries above you you have these two like a doorway and a window and let’s head in that direction the fireplace the stairs that go up but you know what there’s a door to the outside I wonder if that is the next photo almost I wonder if it’s the next photo I wonder if it’s the next photo this I want to know what it is and they don’t explain it it has to be some special feature some old door handle or farmhouse something would love to know it maybe you guys have some ideas let us know below mhm there it is yeah so what do you see babe I see a little bit of land and a garden and a view and then I’m starting to see another happy hour Tower another nice really nice size Terrace I me this place keeps going yep so this is a shot of the back of the house where you can see the Bell you can see the first happy hour Tower you can see the second happy hour Tower you can see your land you can see the windows I mean this is pretty pretty beautiful it really is here’s some communal space in the area gorgeous pool pool with a view yep community pool ready that free community pool love that no condominium fees I don’t even know how this happening but doing it it works okay here are some more important need to knows grocery store 10 minutes away not bad at all no mhm restaurants there are ton in the a area but you can walk to a restaurant from the property did you say walk or did you say stumble I mean either one whatever is happening that evening mhm and then Peter this is for you you literally just sent us an email with an article about eating wild boar and Tuscany and how you have to do it they’re a little destructive so a lot of people eat them there and apparently it’s delicious tasty the younger ones the older ones I guess are gamey I read the article I was so young boar is close to your door and Peter thank you for the tale you’re eating that scrumptious boar and this is your view I mean what else could you ask for Wow and another gorgeous restaurant in the area with alfresco dining for the Jaimewife alfresco dining for the Jaimewife who’s your Batman thank you Rob Pattinson Rob Pattinson okay he was also my favorite vampire yeah yeah and I mean we’ve been married for almost 19 years now and I think it was like 15 years ago Jaime went through the whole Twilight thing I was like okay she read the books and who didn’t go through it the books are good yeah it was good I like watching it yeah there are lots of bars in the area there’s a wine bar 13 minutes away from the property and then you have the usual coffee bar would you like to elevate your drinking of course and what does that look like it looks like there’s a winery 12 minutes away and what does that Winery look like nice view okay could I drink wine and have a view like that and have Vineyards that look like that I mean I just you know I was talking about the hammock earlier I want to set a hammock up right here and drink some wine it should be out on that Terrace and the garden and the land for the property really can the winery and see if I can yeah if I can set up a hammock and drink some wine yes well what about this that’s where the hammock would be al fresco dining for the Jaimewife at a winery alfresco wine tasting salute to that salute time for some fun stuff skiing is about an hour and a half away and it looks like that you know I mean I thought you were going to say something what was I going to say what did you think I was going to say go Hot Dog the movie I Hot Dog the movie uh was a great movie it’s best key movie ever anyway the the gentle gentle Rolling Hills in the background of this that does not look like a gentle I mean rugged beautiful mountains that also look like this beautiful skiing here would be amazing yeah I bet there’s great hiking there too yep speaking of hiking the closest trail head is about 22 minutes away not bad okay you go to this amazing town in the Mountain Valley to hit the trail head that looks like this okay all right we’re down okay y this looks like Franconia notch in New Hampshire a little bit if you’ve been there you know what I’m talking about wow do you like golf I like golf she likes golf it’s one of the reasons I married her because she played golf with her grandfather I said okay well I could coax her into playing more with me so golf is 22 minutes away yep and something fun and different there’s a river rafting and the closest is about 50 minutes away okay what look at this that looks like my childhood in the Poconos on the Delaware River look at that that is not the Delaware River no yeah this is like going down what is what do you call this a uh a Gorge clip side Gorge I don’t know this is pretty cool I would totally check this out one of our favorite things about our channel is the interaction right that we have with you guys so you leave great comments and we’re going to put them up here Meredith Meredith how do you do it every week you know I don’t know sometimes it’s actually 4 in the morning as we’re recording this you bring us amazing properties I love this one it’s really great and I really like the first one minute wand or to great prices all around good job you know that really is something that touches our heart yeah it drooling over this one wait till you see this oh my gosh Okay so 93,000 euros about 100,000 us depending on the day mhm about 840 is square ft little bit of stone look at this stone with a view okay I’ll just live right there oh babe I haven’t seen this by the way look at the beam okay it’s yes yes yes yes oh my gosh babe are you serious I know I know when I saw this this is in a castle in a medieval town it’s stunning okay it’s not giant but those giant ceilings and the way it’s laid out is perfect yeah and the stone it’s custom furniture Artisan Furniture that’s coming with the proper and what’s this the view view from the windows that fireplace is gorgeous right those stone walls and ceilings just I mean this looks like a $300,000 place at least right now I mean for less than €100,000 this is unbelievable okay show me the rest babe show me the rest so look at that kitchen it’s a great size oh look there’s my little oven that I love so much that’s right that’s right oh look you can do a little window seat right there too I like it I like it drink some wine there but look at that beam yeah you know it’s at least 2 or 3 years old you think just a bit oh okay it’s just okay stunning meticulous this place is meticulous yep so there’s the bedroom again with the ceilings and the Wardrobe the bathroom that’s new fresh and clean and it’s got great great style Great Taste yep but that’s the outside of the castle okay not too shabby hey guys I moved to Italy come visit me at my little place and then your family walks through this they like oh my gosh you know this is those are the stairs that go up to the place maybe it’s just the whole castle you’re getting the vibe of this place this is great it’s so beautiful I can picture what it was like and who was running around at that time when it was a new fresh and clean Castle I don’t think they could have picked a more perfect day to take these pictures gorgeous and they’re doing it right yeah these are composite photos right that’s what you do you show that stunning view nice work let’s get right into the second one minute wander this one is I mean look at the ceiling here we go so €70,000 about 75,000 U.S. again Stone ceilings a transom above the front door that’s beautiful oh jeez look at that Arch I those are serious ceilings that’s a decent sized TV for uh I would be watching uh The Philadelphia Experiment on that go oh jeez I love the built-in all of the windows and doors have grades on them so it’s a really good lock up and leave little holiday home yeah that’s a lot of space it feels open and cozy you know that’s a nice marriage this is a nice marriage I mean there’s a lot of Dimension to this place this is this one’s uh it doesn’t feel tiny or snug either and it’s about what 731 Square feet it’s a 1 1 yep and you have a pretty big dining room table yep so you’re going to be it’s not for two people you’re going to be inviting your neighbors and your family there you know exactly so a nice size kitchen everything you need again and this isn’t the center of Collazzone which is great so you don’t want to be in the outskirts you want to be right in the center here you go wow I mean I don’t know what to say babe but you know you’re killing it this week she has been finding these one minute wanders I haven’t seen this this is great I love how the oven is like kind of separate right there mhm little what is this little hallway walkway Ian y so you walk up the stairs and there’s the bathroom and then if you kept going there would be how much would this cost in the States oh my God gosh and what is this 75,000 U.S. you’re not getting anything here anymore I would change that shower at the bottom but everything else is great bidet carino bidet carino and it had the gorgeous ceilings in the bathroom that is a big bedroom babe I wasn’t expecting that I know right it’s just laid out appropriately yeah all right I mean they made good use of the space it doesn’t feel too snug and those ceilings make it just feel huge there’s a ton of Italian character there is and and both of them so far and all three of them really but these two-minute wand two two one minute wanders they’re kind of turning into two minute wanders they are the 3 minute uh one minute wander lots of natural light beautiful stone yep That’s the walkway to get into the house really pretty hallway I’d take this one right for that money yeah man you’re not getting anything here in the states for that it’s so pretty so you walk into the foyer there that Entry Way in the states is $250,000 and I usually don’t like orange couches but this works for me and look how gorgeous that building is yeah yeah yeah yeah right it’s just the total package work nice work thanks there’s a floor plan it doesn’t lay out everything all the different rooms you get a general idea perfect privacy reasons are not showing the exact location of the home but they say it is in the center of Collazzone so there you go the listing is in the comment below yep where’s the beef that’s where we got it from where’s the be if you haven’t watched our videos from the beginning yeah that one’s like 23 ago okay the beaches is no the beach is it’s funny I say Beach is and it says beaches the beach is 2 hours and 9 minutes away yep however the beaches Lake Trasimeno which are also very very pretty are was that 40 minutes I can’t read it 42 minutes 42 minutes away for my wife whose eyes are going a little bit you know now that you’re in your early 30s um but we say beaches because it’s beaches on a lake you know it’s pretty cool especially coming from the Poconos and New Hampshire that’s where and buffalo up in the back in the day in the 80s and 90s or whatever it was maybe the 70s you know um beaches lake beaches very cool okay and the closest bike path is about 54 minutes away nice there’s also fishing in the area some of you have been asking about that as well bakeries you got some bakeries in the area right y you go fishing you bake a fish would you bake a fish with the head on or the head off I don’t do that do you cut the head off I don’t bake fish okay um this is not the type of Bakery we’re talking about though okay so if it’s not a fish Bakery what kind of Bakery is it it’s dessert okay I see I see pumpkin pie I’ve never seen pumpkin pie Before Good Bites in those pictures do you like meat Jaime likes her meat and her meat is you know a foot away from her however if you want to eat some meat it’s 13 minutes away nice there are lots of churches in the area the closest one is within walking distance of the property post office about 13 minutes away schools Lots in the area most things are in Collazzone and same for schools here y hardware stores closest one 11 minutes away the thing about hardware stores is all of these properties are perfect and they’re done you don’t need a hardware store I think you go to the hardware store in this case for gum gum gum zigzag Gatorade gum is it zigzag Gatorade gum you remember that gum yeah do they still make that Bubblicious they still make that what’s your fav gum yeah I remember that Fruit Stripe but it only lasts for like 5 seconds and then it’s over oh what’s the yellow one uh juicy fruit is good oh Juicy Fruit again though they all have that poison in them that’s all good for you feneno yeah don’t don’t have any of that not good if you have a car you need an auto repair shop closest one is 14 minutes away yeah and if you have a Tesla or something like that and you don’t need a gas station because it’s 13 minutes away however if you do have a Tesla there’s an EVC station 19 minutes away I mean you should have a charging station at your house at that point but yeah yeah well some people like to charge for free at a mall or something I don’t think it’s free is it how far is the closest mall do they have an Orange Julius looked up malls okay um we’ll check out Orange Julius in Italy on the next episode lots of spas in the area closest 116 minutes away clothing stores closest is 12 minutes away Jim we’re going to pump you up 11 minutes away perfect and then the bank about hold on do you want some money if you do 13 minutes away 13 minutes away for some cash Honeyman yeah talk Italy to me okay what do we have this week Come si scrive how do you spell that how do you spell that you say it in the same voice as this chick okay everyone here one two 3 as promised here is your third one minute Wonder oh no that was who was that the the guy whose girlfriend said he was a one minute wonder what was his name one of our followers Tim sorry bro okay here is the third one minute wander and what are we looking at so this one is 59,500 euros it’s about 64,000 U.S. 800 square feet that was a nice fireplace that’s beautiful stone I love that walkway I could drink some wine in that walkway maybe pour some in that plant right there it’ll really fast nice so there’s looking at the front entrance and then with the French do open and you go up those stairs and yes it needs some light there’s a ghost in the corner right there yes it needs new paint beams beams and brick beautiful beautiful so pretty imagine Alabaster paint over these gray walls this would be light and bright look at those stairs said terra cotta very very pretty yeah and then that’s the oven it looks like a fireplace but that’s the oven and the cook top and the sink that’s your whole kitchen area which is a really nice size because then look at the little dining area you get too this place is quirky and cool right I like it I like cityscape out the window paint here’s some lighter paint and look how nice and fresh that looks yeah little living area look at those beams babe I know they’re so so pretty it’s been fully renovated another little living area again lighter paint how much is this oh look at those stairs I love those stairs 64,000 okay look at the tiles underneath that carpet love love those scones that’s an open bedroom too yep it’s nice it’s really pretty yeah I love the ceilings of course it’s a great space for that money again you’re not getting this in the states you’re not getting anything you’re not touching it in the states no there’s a floor plan Yep this one great yeah it really is it’s between Marsciano which is that other property we love and Pantalla there’s that fireplace again this is a little gem cute as a button here we go let’s talk about temps baby how hot we can be Christmas wife uh I thought you were calling my name uh Christmas wife is talking about temperature I am and let’s take a look 75 degrees for the average high in the hottest month is fantastic what is that for our Celsius people Jame it looks like it’s around 24° okay you know what and it doesn’t get too cold either the lowest average temperature in the coldest month is 41° which is 5° for hour Celsius people okay and what does your hair think of the humidity Jaime my hair is liking this a lot I have
