you like to live in a house that has this view yes please yep and this is your happiest hour Tower this is the Terrace from the main property I mean I’m in oh yeah this beautiful Stone House in Italy you could live here yes we could live here you know I want to live there and you know what I want to live there so badly let’s get into it we are in Orciatico in Tuscany 78,000 euros 83,700 U.S. in Tuscany wait till you see this a two bed two bath almost 1,000 square feet over 100 square foot happy hour Tower slash terrace this one is beautiful it is just sit right back and you’ll hear a tail a tail of a furnished home yes this home is also coming furnished bonus um are you Ginger or are you Maryanne I have a little bit of red hair so she’s both right under here Biaggio says that’s what makes me crazy it’s probably true I have a question for you are you wondering where this beautiful home in Italy is well let’s take a look here it is it’s the north side of Italy it’s on the west coast look at this beautiful Hamlet I love it what do you think yep I do too I do too you guys know us by now this is right up our alley oh yeah oo ready thunder lightning the way you love me is frightening I’m going to knock knock knock on wood baby nice okay anyway proceed how do you get to this home for under $100,000 in Tuscany well Pisa airport is only an hour away about 35 miles trains tons of trains in this area as you guys probably know already 18 minutes away is the closest one 9 miles and here’s all the places it goes here we go babe where you going you have it come when you have it no no no no no one second uh ready yeah yeah yeah one two three Florence a I’ll go to Rome and you’ll go to Florence we’ll do both let’s do both give me a kiss for both a I almost thought you’d say Florence cuz you know it’s my favorite yeah a once a quarter we’ll get it there are tons of bus stops in the area and guess what we have one two three four yeah four in town right four 1 2 3 4 bus stops in town and and if you want to take a bus to Volterra where the train is no problem there you go yes so we did Planes Trains buses now automobiles for our road trips yeah let’s check out and see the four closest kind of Big Town slash cities around this property so yep so Volterra is about 25 minutes away and I’m going to stop you for a second I don’t know what she’s going to do catching you off guard this time what movie oh I know you do Twilight oh right it’s like the what’s the name of the vampires Twilight movie the third one okay and what is it new moon yeah but what’s what are we talking about here Volterra it’s where the Volterri were okay I’m pretty good that was like in the back of my brain right okay now check this out Florence an hour and a half away you know if I could live somewhere and drive an hour and a half to Florence I mean I’m in even if it’s a cave with a mud floor and I my pillows maybe not that I hate pillow with bugs I don’t like bugs okay I’m not camping yeah and then Livorno is about an hour away okay Parma what are we looking at 3 hours away 2 hours and 43 minutes 2 hours and 43 minutes to [Music] this is Parma almost 200,000 residents and you know what that means right that means tons of amenities and probably tons of really cool things tell me some of the cool things babe well the historic Center is a UNESCO world heritage site very cool of course Parmagiano Reggiano comes from here and Prosciutto de Parma comes from here as well when you’re an American and you land she doesn’t know what I’m going to say I have no idea in Italy get out of the airport your first night you’re going out to a restaurant what do you order don’t order chicken parm I mean you should maybe cuz it’s probably the best you ever had but um not only do they probably have amazing chicken parm uh they have an annual Music Festival that apparently is off the charts yes it’s true and they are very well known for their food their Cuisine is topnotch as usual let’s knock out a few quick need to nose before we get to the main property okay hospital and Urgent Care there’s actually one in town uh we read that in the listing yep and on the maps it shows 30 minutes away so you have a couple options there so doctors okay 13 minutes away you know if you’re going to be a little bit on the outskirts and have that peace and tranquility and quiet beautiful calm stress free gorgeous life then you’re going to drive 10 or 15 minutes to some of these things right so perfect there are no teeth in town but the closest one is 27 minutes and what is 27 what is 27 and you know what it is this is what I’m going to do for that okay and then Lots of pharmacies in the area the closest one is 13 minutes away yep and for lovely Zoe lovely Maui you want to take care of them multiple in the general area the closest one is 23 minutes away to the veterinarian to take care of our pups we have to take a minute to thank our Channel supporters this was a huge week again you guys are amazing I feel like I was on the price is right and I spun the wheel and it hit $1 oh my gosh honestly Archie and Angie thank you for the coffees Peter thank you for super thanks awesome you guys are spectacular you put a smile on her face you put a smile on my face thank you very much hey fireplace wife I’m sorry I mean Christmas wife I mean Jaimewife I mean chick stick wife there’s had a lot of new names lately would you like to wander around the town with your hubby absolutely okay let’s do it all right so where are we we’re in the town where the property is located we’ve got Bush what else do we have there are very big Hedges there and this community is so well-maintained it’s so cute I love it look at the stone walls look at these trees this is so well-kept I mean I’m really kind of in on this one I see Italian flag all the stone houses look how gorgeous that is okay I know it’s so cute again there’s a restaurant in town a bar in town a medical facility all the essential you have pine trees you have Beauty you have fresh air these road signs are killing me was that a deer sign yes it was but there did you see how many road signs there were yeah okay they’re telling me what to do and you know we like that I know not everyone’s going to speak the language I can see a sign of a deer I don’t need to know what a deer is look like a snake I don’t even know what it was but look at this I see wine barrels okay and we’re going to turn around for second so this is a farm and it doesn’t say that it’s a Vineyard but it’s a farm so they probably grow grapes and wine there’s wine barrels look at that yep Cantina s Luigi and they have big umbrellas outside which leads me to believe they host some events or they do some stuff drink wine eat some food we’ll see what happens exactly so it’s interesting and then you can see right around the corner from that farm is the property here it is I mean this is what we’re talking about this is why we show you these things here’s the cute Town wow that’s love is the house I mean I have I said I’m in I’m in on this one this one is okay here’s where the property is okay obviously the stone building and the wooden doors and shutters are gorgeous and the stone wall I mean pretty nice but take a look at that backyard I mean what is going on there I’m going to lay back in that grass drink some wine hey salute salute wandering with wine so when you walk through the front doors you see these gorgeous ceilings and this really really Charming space two big Windows tons of light y it has everything this has the Italian charm that we’re looking for as you guys are getting to know and okay look at this a good size B yeah there’s some high ceilings over here I mean those beams yeah it’s not cozy it’s kind of you know Cathedral make it feel it’s cozy over there it’s kind of Cathedral over here I mean this is this one’s cool and then looking back from the other side of the room you can see where the front door is and just how big the space is with those ceilings it makes it feel really substantial yeah you know and I think you take a look out the window and you see a classic Italian view on steroids and I mean probably yeah I could probably drink some wine in front of that window salute to my beautiful wife it’s one of those nights huh I’m sorry I yes it is I’m not sorry sorry so sorry not sorry and here is the first of the two bathrooms I love the natural light in there big Windows High ceilings again gorgeous there’s also a shower here that you just can’t see it’s right there on the side what else do you love what else do you love the bidet carino a cute bidet I love that cute bidet a actually it looks new fresh and clean it looks white crisp and clean and I like it mhm and then walking into the kitchen you can see again the ceilings the floors are carried throughout same floors and you have everything you need yeah cook top you have a sink I like that cute window I love a window in a kitchen in a bathroom it’s that same kind of thing you probably need to add an oven mhm the fridge is under there but you’re good to go yep and again look out the window what do you see I see a life in front of me the life that I want the life that you probably want probably definitely and I know the life that you want right the wife that I want the life that you want give me a kiss here is the first of two bedrooms so I really love that ceiling it’s different mhm I love the window of course you know what I love what I love the fact that they were I guess they were putting together powdered Donuts at the foot of the bed and so they ate a few or maybe they didn’t put them together they did that in the kitchen and they were eating powdered Donuts at 2:00 a.m. or something listening to what the bees gees the bees gees yes you know there’s a there’s a little bit of something in that one but yes they’re listening to the be’s in the’ 70s and there’s white uh powder from uh powder Donuts at the foot of the bed that’s not what it is it’s a holiday home that’s a yeah that’s what it is this is a view from the other side of the room I’m obsessed with the door and the door handle of course you know I love that stuff absolutely I love the arch yep and the Beautiful ceilings and light and bright in the room I mean I could see spending the rest of my days waking up in this room I can see it yeah for only what $80,000 not only do you have one cute bidet a but you have two cute bidets AKA bidet carino look at the ceilings look at the floors look at the light I’m in this one also has a shower correct it does they both do they’re just not showing it in the pictures that’s right maybe you don’t know you do but maybe you don’t know but maybe you guess what decade I was born in I’m going to say I was actually born in the 70s um and I think the first pair of pants that my parents gave me was the same pattern and fabric as the curtain the lampshade and the couch I’m going to see I’m going to see if I can find a picture and if I if I can I’ll I’ll put it here if not I’ll find I’ll find something go I definitely had a dress with that pattern absolutely but this is what’s very interesting about this place this is by the way a second living room room okay we always talk about a place being very flexible A lot of these places are very unusual and unique and with that comes flexibility Yep this one is flexible here is a view from the other side of that room again you can see the window those gorgeous ceilings and beams same floors again they’ve made a wise choice with the paint color that’s what should bee I agree you know what else they made a wise choice with who knows uh I see tube TV and a VHS player I mean that might even be a that might even be a beta player but I’m going to say VHS okay babe here you go ready 1 2 3 what VHS tape are you watching on that tube TV Summer Rental ooh that’s good it was my spring break started watching it like January getting ready to go to Florida for spring break every year yeah John Candy may you rest in peace go so good and I am not letting you off the hook what is your V HS okay okay I got it are you ready are you ready I’m I know I know there’s a lot of people out there that this is their favor too I’m so excited ready ready they can’t wait to hear this one word and your entire weekend is going to be determined by the happiness level of this movie I’m just kidding a little bit but not really okay ready mine is cocoon cocoon also in Florida right that’s right oh look at us we knew we knew and talk about flexibility there is not one but there’s two kitchens okay with storage you have your cooktop a sink I see an amazing Skylight I say salute to the Skylight okay I know I love a sky this is very interesting it is you may be asking why are there two kitchens in this place I’m going to tell you right now because actually this property is two apartments that the current owners are using as kind of one property so it’s very interesting to me you can live your life love your wife have some guests they stay over here they have their own little kitchen or whatever guess what when they’re not there what would we do with it the second kitchen might be a coffee bar maybe that’s where we put all our wine I mean that’s what’s so interesting about these unique places in Italy we love it yep so we love the flexibility of this property lots of options yep and I really love the ceilings out here also the stone over the doorway and then if we head up this little set of stairs that you can see here and then out this door I’m getting excited here we are going to be on the 107 Square ft happy hour Tower if you buy this place you pack your wine you head up to the happy hour Tower and you have seating for six I would say you could put another chair at each of those tables you have seating for eight you probably have eight people I say you have 16 people on this happy hour Tower drinking wine they come visit you and they’re like where do you live look at that expansive view I just Sky Big Sky just like Montana Big Sky beautiful let’s appreciate all sides of this spectacular view so over here you can see all the gorgeous trees over here you can see the gorgeous classic Italian view I mean I feel like I could see at least 8 Miles there right and if you’re there in person I’m sure it’s unbelievable absolutely here’s a view looking back at the property so you can get a little bit of perspective and then also a little bit of the Hamlet which is nice mhm okay rooftop and classic Italian view I this one’s great here there’s your look at the tower in the back I can smell the wine in this picture I’m just you know the fresh air yeah a hammock life is good mhm one of our favorite things about our channel is interacting with the W3 family last week and we do this every other week or so we’ll put a poll out try to engage what you guys like as far as regions or what your budget is and that’s what last week’s poll was so Larry responded loving Tuscany and here we are that’s right under $100,000 here we are okay okay um YouTube put up some amazing properties it would be perfect I just don’t know who to contact to possibly start the process so wanted to point this one out we always put the link to the listings in the description of our cook food for my beautiful wife oh I like that plan let’s check out restaurants okay you don’t want to cook want to go out there’s one restaurant in town and multiple in the area Yep this is the view from one of the local restaurants I could eat here every day of the week and then charcuterie and vino and mountains and gorgeous views and Cheryl said you should say al fresco dining for the Jaimewife in the Arnold Schwarzenegger voice so there you go um also caught off guard two times think give me a second give me a second give me a second here we go um I can’t do it I I’m trying first SCH terrible terrible okay next week I’m going to have the best Arnold accent he’ll practice for you but for now now first go ding for the Jaimewife Batman you got what you want to give these people air there’s Arnold mhm Okay good guys I know I was I was like I can’t do it and I tried and it was I know it’s fun though but real moment bo bo bo all right bars there are several in the area there’s one in town it doesn’t show it on the map but the listing said there’s a bar perfect there we go and if you want to elevate your drink in Jaimewife you move to Tuscany I do and I see a ton of Wineries and I would like to elevate my drinking and what does that look like well it’s only 21 minutes away to the1 minutes away and it’s pretty darn I I see m and this one is in Volterra which is only about 20 25 minutes away look at this gorgeous town okay the question that you’re probably asking yourself right now she knows the answer to it I don’t know the question but you know the answer okay would Biaggio drink wine in this town of course I would you know I think we know that one yeah and I would like to drink wine in this town with some of you at one point in the near future is this where the Meetup should be I think so maybe the meet up that petering and Erin and Casey and a few other folks that have messaged me recently love you guys salute while you’re drinking okay here we go the bakery is 17 minutes away and look how cute this is I got you a picture I got you a picture cute this is did you contact my wife who’s wearing glasses and making that’s not my wife I oh you are my wife okay and look at all the good stuff in the back like Puglia look at those ceilings it’s beautiful look at the bites the nibbles she has all kinds of stuff from booze to yummy goodies I trust that Italian chick oh yeah butchers there are several in the area the closest one to the property is about 14 minutes away what do you get at the butcher babe steak meat chicken fish did you get fish in the butcher actually said that us know in the comments below do you get fish at a butcher okay in Italy yeah in Italy of course different yeah right not in Detroit there is a gym 23 minutes away but before we move on babe we had a comment from one of our W3 family art vandelay and art said can Jaime say gym in an Arnold accent or a phrase that Arnold would say at a gym we’re going to pump you up art vandalay which would be from a television show yeah that I bet a lot of you know yeah late 80s early 9s yeah who I met and here’s the picture and if you needs some money there’s a bank in town who doesn’t need money who doesn’t want money let’s get some money Bank in town good time for some fun stuff really interesting fun stuff all right laao is where Andrea Bocelli is from that’s cool and there is the theater of Silence in this town Andrea plays there one time per year it’s an open air Amphitheater and then nothing else happens there throughout the a look at this okay what how did you get a picture of me when I shave my head and I’m squatting down to do something look at that physique that’s pretty cool that’s right and then look all right look at all those people what a cool space very very and this is how far from the property is if you will 10 minutes yeah there we go yep isn’t that awesome mhm and I bet there is a piano or something on that stage which is your queue right about this Hamlet very unusual okay it’s a small Hamlet you got a restaurant you have a bar you have some interesting things going on here you have an observatory right here which I love and that’s cool to check out the Stars to check out the planet to check out other galaxies far far away yes that’s why I married her you know cuz that’s Star Trek no it’s not um there is also okay this is a big one a cooking school tell me about the cooking school babe you could walk to both of these places from the property the cooking school though this is not like you sign up for semesters this is come over on Thursday night or Friday night make the meal from peeling the carrots to pouring your own wine yes okay I know sign us up y let’s check these out so up first is the observatory look at this gorgeous such a beautiful space and then the views I’m guessing there’s not a lot of light pollution here you can kind of see a city off in the distance but look at that picture okay but you can see the Milky Way I’m going to do this really quick okay if the Milky Way which is our galaxy is a coin right and our planet is on the outskirts of the Galaxy which it is okay if this is the coin the Galaxy and you’re right here if you look down you see some Stars fine if you look up you see some stars but if you’re right here and you look through the Galaxy all the way through that’s where you see this line right here just wrap your brain around that I love it and here is the cooking school I don’t know about you guys we cook Italian often but to take a cooking class in Italy would be next level yes so right here when you’re on vacation in Tuscany or living there Thursday and Friday we prepare a delicious Italian four course meal together and then sit and eat like a big loud Italian family welcome to um others who call this cooking course or cooking class but we think that we offer a bit more than that we want to call it an All-in food experience from peeling the carrot to pouring the wine into your glass salute you know what let’s do this yeah I think we should do the Meetup here yeah yeah I love it and here are some picks from their website just look at this look at the outdoor dining Stone building and a sort of buffet looks like you can stay there I see barrels I see a dog snoot I like dog snoots it’s cute I see white wine that’s okay we’ll get into some white wine there but we’re drinking red wine here uh this place is cute and just so you guys know today only our store is 25% off so Friday the day this video premieres you can get this you get that you can get this or you can get stickers for your car you can get stickers for your golf bag someone just bought 10 stickers I think I know who it is Tina Tina we love you girl love you all right it’s about time to get to our three one minute wanders but we want to knock out the rest of the fun stuff so skiing is an hour and a half away perfect hiking throughout the area everywhere you want to go you’re hiking right tons of hiking and there’s a trail in town which is nice I’m in golf courses for you babe 43 minutes away she loves me looks like this that’s cute that’s pretty I like it you gives a good picture love you I love you okay what else we have and then the beaches about 50 minutes away and I don’t have my sunglasses one two 3 where’s the beach here’s a beautiful picture of the beach and it looks like this in a different area that’s beautiful gorgeous I like the Rocks I like you can walk out there you see the you drink on the pier yeah it is kind of it is kind of rocks it’s kind of New Hampshire Mainey yeah I like it yeah there is a very cool bike path an hour and 19 minutes away from the property yep and others in the area and then close to fishing is about 47 minutes away with others in the area yeah perfect so our first two one minute wanders are in Lajatico you can see all of the amenities here this is the town that is only about 10 minutes away from the main property yep and this is what it looks like which is gorgeous I see a clock tower save the clock tower I knew that was sorry how many gigawatts uh 1.21 gigawatts is that right with the flux capacitor yeah okay and would you like to wander through this town with me yes please and look there’s Andrea Bocelli right there perfect the theater of science silence and then stone walls and trees it’s new fresh and clean it’s old fresh and clean actually but it looks new fresh and clean old fresh and clean yeah it looks like Tuscany that’s when that’s right I was doing the wand it’s just quintessential Tuscany look at that the right I guess we’ll go left well this is the advantage of going on maps I can go the wrong way down a oneway street which is what I did because I wanted to show you all this cute little Piazza look at that that’s gorgeous another Clock Tower is Doc there uh Doc Brown yeah but people eating on the side of the road there shops and markets there are a lot of amenities here yep a little playground for the kiddos I love how the trees that’s the cover yeah it’s gorgeous so this is 10 minutes away from the main property and we have two one minute wanders and check this out like we said they are less than $100,000 in Tuscany in Tuscany you know what funny I spoke with a real estate agent I don’t know it was probably a couple months ago and I told her that we were looking for a place in Tuscany just to kind of see what options were and she when I said the budget she said there’s no way you’re going to find anything under $200,000 in Tuscany well challenge accepted that’s right welcome to wandering with wine where we bring you the best of the best right I mean we’re in this cute town we find the best deals with uh no renovations I mean look at the view you know what right it’s pretty we are doing it for ourselves but we are also doing it for you yep are you ready for the first one minute wander yes please all right so again we are directly in town so 91,000 about 97,000 us 800 square feet yes there’s a pool but it it’s like an above ground pool it doesn’t matter of you I’m in I can drink some water this is what we did in Buffalo this is what we did that’s right that’s funny oh my gosh it’s look at outside the door look at this stone and brick and the floors okay babe it’s beautiful how did you find this for less than 100,000 well it’s a former Palace they’re putting eight apartments in I mean look at the ceilings look at this is why we do this because I’m just enthralled by this this is gorgeous I know they’re coming fully furnished as well okay okay but it’s beautiful I’m having a moment right now and this is how you do photos photos where you can see the view out the window they work right it’s so pretty yeah I’m in I like this High ceilings yep great view yeah look at the view outside that is a classic Italian view right okay you know you make this work this is very interesting this is unusual and unique I mean most are that’s a big bathroom right look at the ceilings though the floors the windows everything is just so pretty it’s pristine yes I love it right I want a view like that out my window I want you know honestly if you think back to the bathroom I want ceilings like that in my bathroom I’ve never had that I’m about to and look at this look look at the ground you’re walking on Stone building in this beautiful town in the town of all the amenities the overview that we showed earlier it’s great here’s the floor plan and and actually mhm we have another one in the same Palace to show you next which is at that Arch I love that this is nice this one’s nice that’s this one if you prefer the white ceilings for a light and bright this would be the better option the other one had the brick but if I’m going to read Twilight on the porch I’m near Volterra or whatever it is but if you want that balcony in your own outdoor space this would be the better option the other Garden pool that’s a communal space but this is great right especially for a holiday home to be 750 is square feet two bedroom one bath look at those ceilings oh gosh look at the ceilings in that bedroom okay I’m in and furnished y it’s pretty interesting I like how they stage with the book there is that Twilight too that’s Twilight as well no that’s cocoon it was actually a book before the movie was made was it a book no there’s a cute bidet though why did I I get her after 19 years I still get her once in a while every once in a while there’s the second bedroom love the floors the Chevron pattern everyone reads in Italy apparently there’s the floor plan so again there’s some good options here yeah and what do I say about the pool don’t pee in the pool you all know that the good news for you and for us is that we find properties that don’t need any Renovations so you don’t really need to know where the hardware store however if you need some gum or you need something you know kind of minor um you’ll need something 24 minutes away is that right y okay gas stations there’s tons in the area the closest one is 16 minutes away 15 15 minutes away the EVC station 12 minutes away 12 minutes away clothing stores if you’re a nudist this means nothing to you and I would walk around if I was a nudist I mean can you jump in that pool if you’re nudist no okay it’s a communal pool okay so no nudists in the pool and it’s 17 minutes away to the closest clothing store yeah cover up uh post office you know you write a letter back to your family it’s like I thought I was a nudist I jumped in the pool I got in trouble and uh the post office is 14 minutes away and then schools there are a couple in town there are several in the area hair salons the closest one is 14 minutes away with a few others in the area Auto repair shops the closest one is 13 minutes away and I love my wife thanks for putting up with my stuff and let’s talk Italy to me so last week was buongiorno this week buonasera good evening buonasera buonasera okay ready 1 2 3 what a s here is the third and final one minute that has 1,600 square ft in Tuscany it has double glazed windows and it’s also less than $100,000 $92,000 86,000 laundry perfect so you really have everything you need other than adding the kitchen you have so much space 1,600 square feet that’s right if you want space in Tuscany for under $100,000 this might be the one for you yep here we go let’s talk about temps baby how hot we can be Jaimewife is not talking about bottles of wine she is talking about temperatures yes and it’s hot in here right now again it is a little warm in our house right now we shut the AC off so you don’t you guys don’t hear the noise um anyway the highest average temperature is 75 degrees which is what for our Celsius people um 24ish right and the coldest month the average low temperature is above is like 42° which is 5° for hour Celsius people okay and let’s talk about humidity babe my hair might get a little curly in this humidity there’s some oppressive peeking out yeah but I’ll say this though for like a for like 2 months it’s a little something that means that for 9 months it’s beautiful and for 1 month it’s a transition it’s true typical summer like in the northeast or something that we would have yep one works for me does it work for you almost that’s a yes trust me trust me it’s a yes mobile and internet
