we tested 50 pizza recipes and this is the best one dang that is really good Bloom your yeast in warm water with sugar for 10 minutes the yeast will start to Bubble which means it’s active and alive to make the perfect dough add flour and salt to a bowl and then add the bloomed yeast in olive oil mix it until a Shaggy dough forms Once the dough is hydrated start to knead it on a flowed surface until the dough is soft smooth and elastic let the dough rise overnight in an oiled bowl and cover it with plastic wrap this will give your dough more complexity and flavor Once the dough is ready divide it into four portions and shape into rounds and let them rise for 1 more hour puree a can of peeled tomatoes with garlic and salt for extra flavor also make sure you grate your own mozzarella cheese so it melts better to shape your dough poke the surface with your fingertips and keep stretching the dough into a thin round add a thin layer of sauce and top it with some cheese bake as high as your oven allows until the crust and cheese are golden brown you can find the full recipe for the best pizza on tasty.co

  1. Grating your own cheese is honestly a universally effective way to elevate a cheesy dish. Pre-shredded cheese is coated with starch, which alters the texture and the consistency of the cheese when it melts — buying a block of cheese instead and taking the extra minute to grate what you need makes a big difference.

  2. To imply this is better than a dough that has gone through a 3 day fermentation is absolutely absurd. I like your guys recipes, and taste varies, but I bet it would beat this recipe 9/10 times.

  3. YOU DIDN'T TELL ME HOW MUCH👹👹👹👹👹👹👹 TELL ME SO I CAN MAKE IT👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹✨✨✨✨✨✨

  4. Definitely not the best recipe. You don’t need a whole packet of yeast, that’s way too much. You don’t need to coat your bowl with owl. And you didn’t push from there center outward toward the edge to make the crust.
