I’m going to show you how to make my go-to sauce an Italian salsa verde it adds the perfect mixture of crunch acid and salt you start with a bunch of flat leaf Italian parsley and the trick is you have to separate the leaves from the stems you’re not going to get the right mouth feel without doing this step now you’re going to want to chop the leaves super fine next dice the stems which are going to add an awesome crunch to this dish add your chopped leaves and stems to a bowl add a little diced carrot for crunch and color a heaping tablespoon of diced Capers and salt and pepper to taste give all the ingredients a nice mix now it’s time to add your high quality olive oil you’re going to want to add a few tablespoons at a time mix and wait repeat this process until you see your salsa is no longer absorbing the olive oil instead the olive oil will pull as you let it rest lastly add a tablespoon of red wine vinegar mix and enjoy
