this one welcome to wandering with wine AKA vagando con il vino oh yeah I haven’t said that in a while that’s Wonder with wine in Italian yeah where we scour the internet every week to try to find our perfect home in Italy and maybe a home that’s perfect for you yes this week we bring you the best of the best main property that we love and we have two one minute wanders later on in the video so make sure you stay tuned for that okay this view blows my mind would you like to live there yeah what else do they have babe they have this gorgeous fireplace that I’m absolutely drooling over this is the fireplace we want in our home in Italy that’s right this is the best fireplace we found so far so I say what do you think babe let’s get into it okay we’re in Borgo a Mozzano in Tuscany €185,000 198,000 US three bedroom two bath okay over 3,000 square feet for you for you for me for all of us this one’s great you have a Terrace of over 800 square feet you have a courtyard and a two story barn wait till you see this property where is this gorgeous Town located we’re in the province of Lucca and of course North of Florence and look at this town all right babe I’m in I really like this I mean we have a river running through the town A River Runs Through It A River Runs Through It or uh like one of our W3 family said last week uh under bridge down by the river is that how how it goes what is it oh the Chris yeah what does he say what it’s living in a van down by the river so that one’s for you bro how do we get to the home with the amazing view we saw earlier Pisa airport is less than an hour away Florence airport okay take your pick I might pick Florence but you know what the second time I’m picking Pisa cuz I want to get that Leaning Tower over there check it out you know and then trains there are so many trains in this area that we love the closest one to this property is about a mile away there are two trains in this town plus look at all the trains in the area I mean you are in the Valley of the mountains in this property and you have a train so close so close to bring those two variables together is super special we love this one mhm so both train stations had pretty similar route schedules yeah I say Roots she says routes oh yeah I wonder if it’s like a buffalo thing versus Buffalo Poconos thing probably all right and do you have your pick oh I know where I’m I know where I’m going one two 3 Florence Viarragio Viaraggio Viareggio because it sounds like I figured you might pick that and I want to go see you know like there’s no Viaraggio on there Via Biaggio okay plenty of destinations for you so there are several bus stops in town so you go from the property to the bus stop to then catch the train if you don’t want to walk the mile or so to get to the train which you know we’d get a little bit of exercise you take a bike to the bus a bus to the train a train to the airport the airport to wherever you want to go in the world it’s true it’s true and then there are more trains in the town so I mean this is really ideal for sure and you know what you could also get ebikes that’s right yeah that’s what we would do yeah so we did planes and trains and buses and Automobiles so Planes Trains and Automobiles there’s a song in that I think oh yeah also in Ferris buellers day St yes where’s our first town we are in Bagni di Lucca about 5600 residents lots of nice amenities and we have Lucca 89,000 residents tons and tons of amenities and and I want to say one thing this is also a quiz show and I’m going to quiz you right now the third of four towns slash cities that you will travel to if you buy this property is Rome okay how many residents do we think Rome has oh and while you’re trying to figure it out Luca is only 20 minutes away from the property I’m going to say we need the Jeopardy music I’m going to say 1,800 people in Rome 1,800 no oh I was like what the answer is ding ding ding ding The Daily Double 2.8 million people very cool you guys know what’s going on in Rome lots of good stuff and you are just under 4 hours away yep and then La Spezia 92,000 is residents just over an hour away if you guys have seen Cinque Terre gorgeous this area that’s where it all begins ready he’s beautiful you are connected before we get into the property we have to thank our Channel supporters ant and Fiona and Carol thank you so much for becoming by me a Coffee members cool yeah and John and Leona anybody who was on our live chat a couple of weeks ago Leona told us all that John just retired woohoo John you’re living the dream everyone here is working towards that salute to you bro we very happy for both of you you’re moving on to the next phase of your life and that’s why we’re all here we love you guys yep and then Jayme and Jim they also retired in December 2023 you guys are making us all jealous this is beautiful I know we’re all going to be neighbors in Italy thank you very much yeah absolutely and then Gosia thank you for the super thanks you are all so amazing we appreciate you more than you’ll know mhm okay we are about to get into the main property and remember two more one minute wanders at the end of the video here are some quick need to knows Hospital 34 minutes away perfect Urgent Care 18 minutes away and we do have a doctor 8 minutes away that works and there are two tooth in town we call our dentists tooth so if we have two if there’s one it’s because of the math if there’s one if there’s one dentist we say one teeth in town if there’s two or more it’s two tooth in town so you know what you got tooth pain you’re dialed in the grammar police are going to come out and get us mhm there are several pharmacies in the area you know if you need some drugs and you’re going to say something like you’re crazy man you’re crazy then you have multiple pharmacies in the area a dart to the neck from that movie there’s a dart to the neck yeah from that movie oh yeah yeah and veterinarians the closest one is only four minutes away we love our little fur babies so much as you know Zozo and Maui they’re sleeping right now or else they would make an appearance that’s right but 4 minutes away honey man yes would you like to wander through town with me only for a kiss oh we can do that it’s like a toll that I paid okay let’s let’s do this let’s do this all right so here we are in this cute little Piazza and when I was wandering through this town it felt like Tuscany you feel like you’re in Italy here can’t deny it I don’t feel like I’m in North Dakota I feel like I’m in Tuscany look at the street and the mountains in the background this is right shops and restaurants and yep there are lots of shops and restaurants that was a watch Tower Jimmy is it Jimmy is it a Jimmy Tower or is it a clock tower if you’re going to go with Jimmy that’s fine it’s a watch Tower okay all right look at the stone wall here it’s just so pretty I mean I could see us wandering with wine down these streets I don’t know if we could wander with wine but we could definitely wander for sure I’m going to wander with wine in a cup there look at the street with the trees oh I love that Jamie loves Jaimewife loves treelined streets I do beautiful I know it’s so pretty so this is there’s plenty of plenty to do here but it’s like a small town feel right yep so there was a bar on the corner and then right here we have a pizzaria tratteria so we’re going to turn here so you can really appreciate the gorgeous views and the mountains and you have the River on the left side there that’s you know I mean I love that I know it’s so pretty this is we’ve said it a couple times this is what you expect when you go to Italy it’s just so beautiful I feel like this when I when I watch this and then right here and there’s another pizza right there we’re going to turn around because this is probably one of the most unique and special Bridges we have ever seen absolutely is gorgeous look at that view mhm so this is the Ponte dela maddalena Bridge yep it was built in the 11th century so they could provide access access to the thermal bats I love that I would love to do that you know so it’s about 131 meters and it goes over the Serchio River right look how pretty this is it’s so unique it’s super special that’s right okay let’s get into this property this is Borgo a Mozzano okay this is very interesting this town was mentioned in a document in 879 ad okay let’s check out this house right now here we are walking up to the property you can see gorgeous Stone House some other special features that we’ll get into in a minute I see an HHT let’s go let’s go absolutely and there’s a close I see an HHT and all right another shot of the HHT I think I think there’s a theme here let’s enter this property walking into the first living area and I am absolutely drooling over this fireplace over the fire oh both both and I love the chandelier I love this space I feel like it could be more than a dining room oh yeah actually it’s one of maybe two potential dining rooms here’s a little closeup here yeah and you can see they put a couple chairs there I mean if I was married to a woman whose name was happen to be Christmas wife I totally thought I was getting fireplace wife I thought but Christmas wife is definitely going to have a Christmas tree right over here um and you know for this episode she is now known as fireplace wi shocker but look at the gorgeous sconces on the wall there on each side of the fireplace and then look babe underneath the window I don’t know if that was a former trough or something but love all these details love love love okay you are standing at the fireplace and you turn around and you see this space there are the doors that you entered from the outside you have beautiful ceilings okay you do a pretty transom above the doors too yeah let that light in there I do see some light coming from under the door in the middle of the two doors and the top so you know what what might standard but what might come in there if we don’t do weather stripping or whatever let’s not talk about that scorpion scorpions probably great band Rock You Like a Hurricane so let’s walk through the doorway on the right and we are in the kitchen this is a big kitchen it I like it we like to cook she likes to cook I like to cook let’s do I love it mhm want some more of it of it but look at the space have a washing machine you have your cook top so much space I would probably personally put a few more floating shelves uh but to have a window in there too all that natural so nice yep as you are leaving the kitchen back into that beautiful room I wanted to put this in here look at those beams look at that ceiling I mean we don’t love when they paint the tile and they did and I still love it so you know this is they do that Tuscany I’m here for it I’m here for it look at those beams I’m in like those are serious y on that level is a bathroom and it has a cute time to go upstairs to the first floor on these gorgeous terracotta stairs love them into this living room with ceilings that have been provided to you from an angel or someone loves you that has an omnipresent force in universe I love these ceilings I know the ceilings and the floors all the two windows French doors this space is spectacular this is what we’re talking about second living area I have an idea babe what let’s retire and let’s just move into this living room done and so gorgeous so I wanted to make sure that I threw this one in here because there is the largest pool table I have ever seen in my entire life it’s so big in fact that I’m not sure if I could actually play pool they must have kiddos they must have kiddos it’s the cutest billiards table I’ve ever seen but let’s really appreciate that window behind it look at the wood above those thick walls this Stone House interior shutters so beautiful love it here’s a look at the other side of this beautiful living area so you have a wood burner you can see the ceilings again with those beams pretty floors I think I see a view at the windows we’ll check that out in a minute I see a giant not only do they have a giant pool table they have a giant TV I think it’s 108 in this thing’s giant but I do you see some VHS tapes babe no I think they’re DVDs they’re VHS tapes okay they’re beta tapes okay they’re uh laser discs no they’re not laser discs okay babe yes if you were to watch a VHS tape on that giant TV yeah what would it be one two three Tombstone ooh Tombstone such a good movie very good and what is yours babe uh I’m going to go I’m going to go with with a double feature I’m going to go from Red Dawn the original into ET the extra teres oh my gosh I was literally thinking of ET but that was before I answered give me a kiss my cheek how did you go from Red Dawn to ET and it was in my head we got I’ll tell you why too long you know if years we have 19 years next month if you guys know anyone on this planet who can get an A kiss from saying ET the Extraterrestrial it’s me so I’ll take one more ET phone home it is time to walk out these doors to the happy hour Tower you’re welcome wandering with wine we found you this you know buy this house live your life kiss your wife invite us yeah well we have a deal with you guys that um once 52 wandering with wine members by a house we have one week in everyone’s house a year and we did you guys know that it’s part of your VI experience it’s in the disclaimer it’s in the disclaimer and our retirement plan so make this happen but look at this we love it by the way salute salute we love you guys and I’ll tell you what they’re drinking wine look at there’s the wine we have olives and olives I believe MH enjoying this spectacular view on a sunny day oh we’d be out here a lot y a lot one more shot from the HHT aka the happy hour Tower let’s take a look over the edge there we go okay what’s that who wants an 800 square foot second terrace happy hour Tower slash Courtyard right and yes if you were wondering that building is also yours yep sadly we must leave that view from the gorgeous happy hour Tower but we’re now in this beautiful bedroom with the stunning ceilings look at those Beams I mean and I love those floors not everyone’s going to like those floors but I do I love them could I Slumber in that room with my beautiful fireplace wife and you know maybe maybe actually here’s here’s a question for you if we wake up one morning because we bought this house this is like potentially something that may happen we talking about this We’re Dreaming about this we wake up and I say to you we are not going to get out of bed this morning okay and we’re going to just stay in bed we’re going to watch TV something on Netflix or whatever it is look at the view what is the snack that we are eating in bed what time is it the whole day go oh my gosh the she wants to say Cheetos but she’s not going to no we don’t really eat those I don’t like orange my snack is like tortilla chips and salsa that’s like my snack Biaggio’s snack is pretzels which what kind of pretzels snyders I know but what the sourdough which ones the thick ones the big ones they are so good pretzels in bed okay so this property is blowing your mind like it’s blowing our mind okay on this level you have another bedroom look at this look at those ceilings you know this is a lot of space here you know I love think about what you could do I think these should both be bedrooms but there is actually another bedroom upstairs so you could maybe make this an office you could maybe make it a workout room you could maybe make it a recording studio you could do something fun again lots of flexibility which is one of our biggest things when looking for a property in Italy and a wife it took me a second and then I realized I’m like what did I say yeah that’s that’s nice honey that’s nice I love you so leaving that bedroom you have this big hallway almost like a foyer kind of space with a giant wardrobe which is great and a bathroom I mean I could shower in there that’s a big shower yeah I mean I feel like it might might be at the Overlook Hotel no a little bit with the color of the tile but it’s still new fresh and clean and I like it a lot I like it and there is a window in there natural light in a bathroom is super important yes you can see all of the nooks and crannies I’m not even going to go there right yeah well you want to see stuff you clean this stuff you want to see stuff oh my gosh so let’s leave that little foyer area and go up the stairs look at those floors I mean you have a Stairway hallway with the nicest ceilings you’ve ever had in your life that’s special to me let’s go up those stairs and look at another bedroom we look at the little bookshelves backook actually I love those floors I love the floors it’s so pretty iron it’s so pretty and then up to this bedroom again with the same floors as the bedroom downstairs but we have a skylight yeah which I love I love natural light you know three bedrooms this place is amazing and the last thing I’ll say about this is I see a bag of Cheetos on the nightstand lies it’s not true welcome to your 800 square ft Second Terrace happy hour Tower this is cool amazing views I mean woo I’m in I’m in so and a tree right in the middle of you have a tree I mean look at the views from there from that angle I think that’s a little kind of makeshift pizza oven I’m going to make pizza out there situation I think they did a good job putting a seating area out there I love this these views are stunning and like we mentioned you have another building part of this property a two story barn that you could do an extra guest space y maybe something for rental let’s take a look inside babe all right okay can we seal that up can we put a you know a beautiful bed in there stone is gorgeous you know hey guests slash family member slash W3 and family you come stay here this is beautiful two stories you renovate this extra income mhm extra family space yes please yep love it and here is a final shot of the property on a beautiful blue sky day walking up these gorgeous Stone steps love it idyllic time for some fun stuff skiing is less than an hour away I love it and that’s what it looks like to you know bad I’m in right mhm hiking 19 minutes away yeah with lots in the area that’s right just like skiing as so we’ll do it okay all right gorgeous yeah I would pack a picnic take my beautiful wife love that picnic yeah we’ll go 2 hours in have some food you know an hour and 55 minutes out cuz we’re kind of you know stepping it up love it yeah [Music] mhm that was sweet love you I love you too you do of course I do okay wander with wine where the wife loves the husband if I added a d and an e r it would be called Goldfinger and so golfing is 37 no it’s what’s his name from Saturday Night Live who’s mocking awesome powers Austin Powers gold finger actually it is 007 right yeah she’s right I’m wrong I always ad could be both I don’t know it’s both I think that it was a mock of Goldfinger probably yes I’m sorry I interrupted you 37 minutes away from golfing and it looks like this gorgeous mountains Rocky Mountains in the back I’m not going to sink my putt because I am distracted this one is beautiful we know it’s not the actual Rocky Mountains he’s just saying it’s Rocky Mountains yeah mountains that are rocky where’s the beach the beach is only 50es minutes away and it looks like this I mean a little bit of alfresco dining for the Jaimewife um but if you turn around and you see sunset at the beach look at these mountains I mean go back to this one okay what yes this one go back again go back again yes one more time yes Yes W Yes again and yes gorgeous you love it bike paths only 19 minutes away and then fishing for crankbait we got you when it makes sense we throw it in here 14 minutes away with others in the area perfect yeah as you know we love interacting with everyone in our W3 family so you leave us comments it’s our favorite thing it’s like 2 o’clock in the one okay check it out tell me about this one babe so so €120,000 €18,000 us y we just over 1300 Square ft I’m excited a lot of you have been asking about Heating in a lot of these places it has a pellet stove so you’re good yeah that’s not a fireplace there there’s something there yeah gorgeous ceilings stone stone stone so ceilings Stone Beauty the stone I got three words for every slide here we go and the the floors and the stone the stone refrigerator table ceilings is that is that what we’re doing for the whole Stone ceilings Jaimewife but seriously look at the wood above the stone and this is a nice size kitchen we would get rid of this table honestly I mean you can open that you can put a turkey in that oven with the chair right there 4 in away you got to the table out of there yeah we know why people do it it’s where everybody comes together I feel like you could do something else look at that ceiling the beams oh my gosh it’s got It’s got a bend in it it’s real it’s the real serious beam and that stone is that’s the stone I want in our home so gorgeous look at those floors there’s your wood burner real estate real estate it’s funny you’ll see another one it’s going to be funny does it translates everything for us because we’re in the States but look at these ceilings and Floors there is a lot of large Furniture a lot of clutter in here they’re not huge spaces but I still feel like we’d get a lot of this out of here those floors are great I’ll go up those stairs I’ll drink some wine there I mean this is actually very interesting to me and I see DVDs AKA uh oh oh There select Airi I mean is this Amazon okay we’re in we’re in okay is that a bed pan or what am I doing what that walking in through the front doors and then this is one of the bedrooms with Gorgeous ceilings we’re going to appreciate the view again for a minute but look at these ceilings and floors throughout the whole house movable yeah so gorgeous those stairs actually are current and safe and I like that yep so a nice little foyer area that’s a nice bathroom babe it is a really nice it’s new fresh and clean I say new fresh and clean yep so you have the bathroom and a bedroom little foyer area little foyer area the stair look at the and floors there they’re so nice that is big bedroom furniture which I think we’d probably you could make it work and scooch past by the wall and and and have that you know work for you but conf figure but again another little area we could do a little Nook or something don’t put a chair there on the desk and go back like the last video no but then look at these ceilings again so gorgeous I love I mean they have to highlight it right nice bathroom sometimes in these one minute wanders you get a questionable bathroom these are not questionable bathrooms oh these are definitely not questionable bathrooms I feel comfortable in that thing right there it’s new fresh and clean yeah absolutely new new fresh and clean babe I Haven never said that before Jamie White I know how new I am starting to get up there but yeah she’s she’s pushing she’s almost 40 so we got bunk beds ceilings and this is your own private like little Garden whatever we’re going to do with it 500 square feet there’s the outside of the property again these Stone buildings are just so gorgeous you can walk down here to your property I love something that passes through the building and I can see what’s happening there’s your view okay it’s gorgeous obviously this is the same town in the front of the house of the main property and I really it’s actually on the other side of the main town it’s really close general area but it’s just starting with pictures again but so beautiful so $128,000 you have four bedrooms and two bathrooms and I feel like you could reconfigure a few of those things you don’t need all those bedrooms they could be other spaces that’s right but it’s beautiful this one is great every I really like it hey Honeyman look what I see a guitar we all know what that means [Music] [Applause] [Music] Jaime is the way and [Music] ring you go so good normally we do this section earlier on but you know what we have one more one wild Jaime’s crazy Jaime’s crazy this is crazy this is crazy this is crazy what movie okay here we go so what movie is it Anyway tell me later vacation that’s right okay grocery stores there’s one 7 minutes away you have multiple in the area yep okay tell me about the restaurants babe so there are a lot of restaurants in the area the closest one to the property is 3 minutes away but then you zoom in and there’s even more in the town so Maps isn’t always a million per accurate you guys can see what works for you in these different towns for the restaurants and the bars buts you know yeah you know I was going to say you stole my line chicky uh I want that is it ravioli with like bolognese on it it’s something I want to eat and then you have the bridge okay if I can eat that ravioli with fireplace wife on that bridge I have arrived what else you got what else you got we have another restaurant in the area with al fresco dining for the Jaimewife you’re supposed to have a different voice of like Christopher Walken yeah I’m going to overdub um I’m going to overdub right now the Arnold Schwarzenneger Ready it’s not Arnold we had other it was Morgan Freeman or Christopher Walken okay I’m going to overdub I’m going to overdub Morgan Freeman right now I don’t know if I can get it but here we go one two three alfresco dining for the Jaimewife okay what do you got and then this is an Agriturismo in the area I mean yeah what’s an Agriturismo a farm that’s been turned into like a B&B that has the restaurant look at the floors I those ceilings are great but I see those floors got know it here we go I see a lot thousands we’re in Tuscany or hundreds or dozens of wineries in the area the closest one is 8 minutes away you are really elevating your drinking here show me your in Tuscany without telling me you are in Tuscany there it is there’s no question you’re definitely not in North Dakota and if you’re in North Dakota drinking white wine maybe you are we’ll try it minutes away that’s right auto repair shops you know you’re driving around your car breaks down you can get some help for an into away yeah and there’s multiple in the area right gas stations tons closest one four minutes away if you have a Tesla or something like that you have an evc station and it is you know 1 two 3 general area very nice clothing stores multiple in town hair salons several in town multiple in town and a gym you know one gym 11 minutes away you know you’re going to sculpt your body like is it David right it’s David he sculpted yeah in Florence Michelangelo’s David very ad it there are tons of schools in the area and a lot of driving schools for all of us people moving over okay churches tons of churches yep a post office in town as expected that’s right and do your thing with your bank boom boom boom boom you need money Jamie will get your money 17 minutes away 17 minutes away honey man yes talk Italy to me okay if you guys remember when we added this segment it in let’s throw it in but it’s kind of cool you have the old and the new I like this it’s a good space right it is it’s bright and it’s furnished it’s about 750 square feet yeah few bedrooms I like that wood stuff there kind of cool it’s very modern that’s a big kitchen it is a big kitchen it’s nice and it’s it looks updated they obviously have shutters the shutters are closed so you can’t see the bright light coming in there’s a storage room in the kitchen but you g gas right gas cook top there is natural light which is so nice but it’s a big space you could put a little two-seater table at the I like that I like that area right there Hey where’s this located actually this is in the historic Center so you are directly in town nice bath bathroom with the washer and a natural light again which is so important which is really nice to have hallway I love the doors I always love the traditional doors and the door handles you know me girls ladies K I mean come on with this closet I mean some guys are going to like this too this is good stuff this is special a closet like that in Italy is hard to come by I must say right I got a you got a lounger in the middle I saw this I’m like we have to show the W3 fam this closet right that’s right here’s the bedroom supposedly there is a Terrace they just don’t have a picture of it did you say supposedly or supposedly she said supposedly not look at that view out the window babe gorgeous the other bedroom it’s not huge but it works you have a wardrobe yeah and ceilings yeah there’s your little bit of Italian charm that’s right look at the natural light though how pretty I mean this is a good option if your budget is lower yep and again it’s in the historic Center so you’re directly in town if the other ones you don’t want to be a mile away yeah you’re right there now right by the train so nice mhm here we go let’s talk about temps baby how hot we can be seriously I’m fireplace wife right now it’s very hot in here you can see our mine is actually condensing right now we love you guys so much I put ice in here do you hear that ready seriously so the red wine is salute we chill our red wine not everybody does that but we do is around 22 is De that’s right and then we’re talking about maybe 39° as the average low in the coldest month which is what four 4ish for Celsius people Celsius people all right look at this humidity chart my hair likes this yeah I like this I mean humidity is great for the skin and the wrinkles and stuff a little bit got a little bit here um but yeah I don’t see oppressive yeah there’s a little
