  1. Looks ok. But not enough rise on the crust to call it a neopolitan.

    What was your technique?

    What kind of cheese did you use? The cheese isn’t Neapolitan style (fresh, high moisture mozzarella).

    Cheaper pre-shredded doesn’t really work well for Neapolitan.

  4. I wouldn’t have thought to describe this as Neapolitan, probably more New York style. But it looks good!
