Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert that translates to “pick me up” in English, known for its rich, indulgent flavors and creamy texture.
It consists of layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers (savoiardi) and a mascarpone cheese mixture.

INGREDIENTS
Savoiardi (lady finger)
Egg whites – 2 Eggs
Salt – A pinch
Sugar – 40g (add gradually in 3 batches)
Egg Yolks – 2 Yolks
Sugar – 15g
Flour – 65g
Salt – 1/8 Tsp
Vanilla – 1/8 Tsp
Icing sugar to dust
BAKE@200C FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES

(Coffee Mixture)
Water – 1 Cup
Sugar – 100g (1/2 Cup)
Nescafe – 1 Tbsp (6g)
Cinnamon Stick – Small Piece
Orange Essence – 1/8 Tsp (optional)

Mascarpone (cream filling)
Gelatin – 7g
Water – 2 Tbsp
Egg Yolks – 60g (4 Yolks approx)
Sugar – 100g (1/2 Cup)
Vanilla Extract – 1 Tsp
Mascarpone Cheese – 250g
Whipping Cream – 250ml

Cocoa Powder To Dust With

The dessert is then dusted with cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top and usually chilled before serving, allowing the flavors to meld together, making it a perfect end to a meal or a special treat for any occasion.
