Our founder and Sommelier Alessandro Pepe guides us to discover the wines of the Etna Volcano. We are in the southernmost part of the Italian peninsula, in Sicily, an island famous for the beauty of its territory and for the delicacy of the regional recipes. The finest wines are produced from the centenary vineyards grown on Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe. Thanks to the peculiar composition of the soil, here Phylloxera has never arrived so it is easy to find centuries-old still ungrafted vines. In this area we acquired our first vineyard of our ‘Vineyard Project’. The cooperation with local producers contributes to protecting cultural and environmental biodiversity and allows us to offer wines produced exclusively for the members of our Wine Club
