I got inspired by tortelli alla mantovana, so I added amaretti (the thing on the top) and Mantova's mustard. It wasn't bad but it was a bit too sweet for my taste, while the tortelli are usually perfectly balanced. Some ideas to balance better the savory/sweet taste?
