* 100g red onion

* 1.5 cups cottage cheese
* Gochugaru, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sauce:

2. Cook the Pasta:
* Boil the rotini according to package instructions.
3. Cook the Chicken:
