One-Pan Pork Tenderloin Recipe: Quick, Easy, & Delicious! #shorts #short #food #recipe #cooking

Everyone needs a quick one-pan recipe, and that’s exactly what I made with this one-pan pork tenderloin. I started with a seasoned pork loin (you can use an unseasoned one if you prefer). I seared it for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then baked it in the oven at 475°F for 13 to 15 minutes.

Once done, I removed the pork loin and placed the pan back on the stove. Using the drippings, I added 1/2 cup of diced onion and cooked it for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, I added 1/2 cup of chicken broth and let it simmer on medium heat until it reduced. Next, I stirred in Boursin garlic and herb cheese (you can substitute with cream cheese mixed with garlic herb or Italian seasoning if you don’t have Boursin). I cooked everything together for another 5 minutes, added the juices from the pork loin, and mixed well.

Finally, I sliced the tenderloin and served it with the sauce on top and the rest is history.

  1. Add sliced shrooms to that sauce. You can also substitute heavy whipping cream, or sour creme.

  2. Can you explain difference between chicken stock and chicken broth. I use interchangeably because I really don't know the difference. Love your videos!
