Hey everyone, today is our first item at the 2024 Epcot Food and Wine Festival. We head to the Italian pavilion to sample the new Vanilla Cheesecake. This is very simple but delicious. It is soft and airey and light. The Strawberry sause was awesome because it was fresh. It’s a great combination. I highly recommend that if you can make it out to Epcot, give this a shot.
