Ingredients:
1 yellow onion
1 stalk of celery
1 medium carrot
1 cup lentils, soaked in water for 30 mins
16 oz Chickpea pasta
3 cloves of garlic
1 28 oz can of tomato puree
2 cups vegetable stock
1/2 cup white cooking wine
1/3 cup of plant milk or vegan half & Half
1 tbs basalmic vinegar
1-2 tbs of Italian seasoning
1 tps crushed red pepper
Pink Himalayan pink
Black Pepper
Vegan parmesean cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
