Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Hope that clears things up and thank you for appreciating quality music.

I would love to buy this calm, romantic music to enjoy at home.
    Kind regards

  5. That looked so delicious have to say you look so Italian I think you must have some Italian DNA in you maybe that's why you were drawn to Italy to live you should do a DNA test it would be so interesting 🌻

  6. ❤❤❤❤❤As usual, you turn something beautiful, into marvellous… I adore how well you understand food: The importance of tradition, ingredients, etc, but, if needed to make it more delicious to your taste or to improve it, (why not?) how to rewrite a recipe taking into account your experience, with such a gifted approach… I'm a trained cook, though I don't work in a kitchen. Meaning I know about it. and I've cooked lots of your recipes and the result is aways something that goes beyond technique, they have a unique soul, everyone loves them… Your sensibility is always shown in every thing you share. You're a wonderful film maker, but I guess that whatever thing you would like to do, would always be ❤

  7. Hai usato i super poteri per fare la schiacciata 💪 complimenti, è abbastanza buona in tutta la mia vita l'avrò mangiata 2 volte

  8. Thank you, Kylie. All of your meals are so beautifully done, so romantic and even though I am not there with you I feel it awakens all my senses because of your descriptions. Of course, it is also due to your expert filmaking. I was wondering if you have any plans for rrenovations of the house or if that is on hold for a while. Certainly, you have your hands full with a toddler and a baby on the way! Much love to you and your family.

  9. Wow!! My sister grows grapes her in Ontario Canada and I have been experimenting with all kinds of focaccia . I am going to try this recipe for sure. I am having company this weekend and this is something I will make for them. Thanks for this and wish me luck !!

  10. Oh man, this is right up my alley. I used to spend september in Capri, or rather, Anacapri, the real residebtial vileage at the top of the Island, and they have what they call the Settenbrata, 4 days of festivities when the 4 different buroughs of the village compete each hosting a day of harvest festivals, with public trails through private gardens with scenery of youths trampling grapes with their bare feet to traditional music, fairy lights and flowers, and everywhere, 1st press juice, wine, fantastic foods, and reenactments of roman times, old traditions, singing etc. The best time of year to visit both Italy and Greece imo, when ferragusto is over, most tourists have gone home, all the bounty of the harvests fill your senses, and peopke can relax a bit after working hard all summer. The heat isn't murderous, bit the Mediterranean is warmer than ever.
I miss it dearly. This is exactly one of those delights!
Kylie. I actually thought it was Ouva (eggs) and not uva. I got confused when you didn't add any, but realized I'd confused the two words! 😂
This is how bad it gets when it's been 6 years since you were last in Italy. I have to go back. Next year for sure!
I love making and kneading bread and pasta.
I wish real wine grapes were availiable here. Sadly no. It HAS to be those invmcredible grapes for wine!
    Stay well dear❤

  11. Kylie, what a beautiful episode. You look amazing, the food looks amazing. Such sumptuous cooking and magnificent scenery. Your videography is outstanding. Thank you as always ♥️
