This is my NUMBER ONE recommendation for anyone visiting Florence.
The Apperitivo (kind of like an after work happy hour with drinks and snacks before dinner) is an Italian tradition that I always make room for while traveling. And this was my favorite one in Italy. The bar in this video is called Enoteca Vigna Nuova @enotecavignanuova , and they really have some fantastic wines, a dedication to authenticity, and a few super affordable options to try great wines (and snacks) on a budget.

I forgot to say the name in the video… I just showed it a bunch, but the name of this wine bar is ENOTECA VIGNA NUOVA, and this spot is my top recommendation for anyone visiting Florence.

If you want a cheap way to try new wines at home, just get some friends, pool funds, and have a wine tasting party.

What is the difference between different types of wine like rice wine, red wine, white wine, grape wine. Please answer❤❤
What does wine taste like? Please answer considering I have never tasted any alcoholic beverage. Thank you

Keep cookin, big man.
Which one was your favorite and with what pairing?
What are you talking about I'm not resentful of your lifestyle at all 😒. Maybe if I use some of your Italian food cooking tips I can convince my husband to take us to Italy 😭
Sounds absolutely amazing 🤩
This sounds like such a great experience!
Me, who doesn't have the taste for wine: 🙁 I really don't understand how people enjoy wine, it's just so bitter to me.
[But then again, I dont like most alcohol and thus I don't drink 😅]
Try "as many wines as you want"
Me, who can't handle their liquor… 😂
When it comes to wine pairings, they say “what grows together, goes together.” It’s very true, wines always pair beautifully with the local cuisine in that location.
That looks amazing❤
Florence by far was my favorite region in Italy. Best wine and food. Tons of museums and the area is beautiful.
Love tour content, helpful and entertaining. Great work!
Yes orange wine!
So after the wine tour through italy, what ist your favorite one?
Mine is vermentino di sardegna.
I’ll just stay ignorant and stick with primitivo
Montepulciano testa rossa expensive ?! It a normal wine.
"just pair it with the dish in the same region…"
The face:
I doubt that vine and dishes evolved together for THOUSANDS of years. Many dishes are not that old and some ingredients just came after the discoveries after the 1500's.
Good to see a channel that isn't comparing foods with genetelia and making intercorse jokes.
That's reason enough to visit Florence by itself. Best suggestion ever. I bet Giacamo will be packed.
me, a muslim, crying in the corner
I tried a 2020 Barolo the other day and it tasted like rubbing alcohol😅guess I'm not a wine drinker
I don't know what region my SpaghettiOs are from
pls make a video on how you cook omelettes and scrambled eggs in a stainless steel
Thousands of years might be a stretch. But atleast since antiquity 👍
Blowin up Trigg!! Haha was not expecting to see your face on my feed this morning
That btl of Barolo to your left is from Trader Joe's.
