    Spaghetti – 350 gm
    Garlic – 20 Cloves
    Unsalted Butter – 3 tbsp
    Oil – 1 tbsp
    Oyster Sauce – 1 tbsp
    Light Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
    Dark Soy Sauce – 1/2 tbsp
    Fish Sauce – 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil – 2 tsp
    Parmesan – 1/2 cup grated
    Spring Onion Greens – 2 tbsp chopped

    RECIPES

    – First boil your spaghetti and don't forget to season the water with salt.

    – Strain and keep it aside. Also make sure to save 1 cup of pasta water.

    – Then in a mortar and pestle crush all the garlic cloves.

    – Now in a pan add butter & oil. Once the butter melts, lower the flame and cook the garlic until fragrant. Make sure the garlic doesn't get brown.

    – Then add all the sauces mentioned above. Mix everything well and let it cook for 2-3 mins on medium low heat.

    – Then add spaghetti along with the pasta water. Mix and toss it in the sauce on high heat until the pasta is coated through.

    – Lastly lower the flame, add some freshly grated parmesan along with Spring onion greens and toss again.

    – Plate it up and enjoy while its hot.
