Hey if your gonna add salt to unsalted butter why no add 2 parts unsalted butter and 1 part salted butter? Unless the salt you add afterwards would take more effect being added by itself or maybe the salt in the salted butter would be unmeasured and change the flavor on its own? 🤔
How do you sell out of a 10 minutes recipe every night? There is no real prep for this dish other than maybe the onions and garlic which could be done on the fly if you ran out of prep.

Parmesan cream:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 shallots sliced
5 garlic cloves sliced
1 1/2 cups (354 ml) dry white wine
2 1/2 cups (590 ml) heavy cream
8 oz (226 g) Parmesan cheese
More salt than pasta… and this is why Americans are in such poor health
Needs some black pepper and the Italians are not happy with cream or wasting vegetables. 🤷♀️
Yeah what to do with the shallots and garlic?
Bro said "slop me up" 💀

What restaurant was this????? Did you sell out of the sauce or the pasta? You must have gone down so hard
Soooo. ..Alfredo then.
This made me have to shit
Onions add great flavor to food, but I don't like eating it, use it for flavor then take it out. It's such a powerful flavor to me.
shittiest plate ever
Yum, like cheese sauce, that we use for cauliflower cheese- but with wine added (!) and, the cream instead of 'poor' milk.
I know it was called Alfredo 😂
Heeey Marcus owes us a fridge kick!
Can you use something besides white wine? Recovering alcoholic.
The immersion blender is hella unnecessary.
white wine substitute?
No pasta water in the sauce 😮?
0/10 no fridges were punched
yeah, ok. I wait for the day when the taster goes: "faark! that tastes like sh1t!"….
It's American Alfredo
If you left onions and garlic while using blender, ehey would be blended beautifully

If you have salted butter, can you just leave the salt out of the ingredients?
Im eating carnivore so I don’t have pre/diabetes anymore, and your killing me!
What did the restaurant do with the chalots and garlic after?
Guys it's really important that you throw the onion and garlic away otherwise it's not authentic
So couldnt keep those ingredients in stock to last a night.
What's the purpose of discarding thr onions and garlic
Marcus doesnt seem too inpressed
