  2. Auguri! It’s a cheese wheel! We came back from Italy this year with about half a wheel of Parmesan, and then almost as much pecorino!

  3. He cannot fail to cut the parmigiano cause he is Italian. Like lol. I’m italian too and don’t know and never cut a whole parmigiano roller. And 99.9% of Italians don’t know how to either either. So stop with the BS

    E te lo sta dicendo uno (Io) che ha fatto il mestiere di tagliatore di "Parmigiano Reggiano" e "Grana Padano" più disossatore e tagliatore di prosciutti con il coltello per più di quaranta anni.

    P.S. Ora per conservarlo il mio consiglio è di tagliare tutta la forma in pezzi da chilo o da mezzo chilo e metterli sotto vuoto (dopo aver rifilato la crosta ad ogni singolo pezzo per evitare che buchi la busta) e riporli in frigorifero e di tanto in tanto controllare che tutte le confezioni siano intatte (se non lo fossero aprire la confezione e rimetterlo sotto vuoto in una busta nuova) in questo modo si conserveranno per più di tre mesi, ammenochè Tu voglia mantecare la pasta dentro la mezza forma (CAPOLAVORO!)

  5. What are you going to do with all this cheese?!???? I mean,can you keep it edible after cutting it open like that or it loses its freshness and all goes to trash??? Maybe there is a specific way to keep it edible,i have no idea.
