Wanted to keep this one in the ravioli realm. Made these specifically to freeze and ship to mom! Only 1800 miles so not to far lol. The large ones are the Spinach Ravioli with Spinach ricotta filling with Parmesan salt/pepper and a little olive oil. The smaller ones are the same just no spinach per request 🙂
Want to build a recipe for green , red/orange, yellow/pale(normal?) and black with squid ink. Maybe a purple? There’s some cool vegetables i can try and pull some color from!
