First Time in a Long Time


Well last night was Pizza Friday and I decided it’s time to make homemade dough again, since the weather is cooler than it has been. I used to make the dough right before making the pies, this time I made the dough earlier and it rested in the fridge for a few hours before baking. WOW what a game changer!! The dough was softer than ever and so easy to work with. Every bite had the perfect chew. Next time I will make it even earlier!

Oh yeah, I forgot. I also added a little Italian seasoning and garlic granules to the dough. Adds a nice little flavor to your pie
