Get the pan super hot take off the heat. Put the dough into the pan. Working quickly build your pizza and place it under a hot grill to finish. Better crust and you brown the top. Also if you want a lazy version use a flour tortilla
bro the base is not a pizza base its a roti also known as chappati and people from nepal india eat it at a daily basis but the shit bro added on the top of the roti is crazyy
